The Art of Coffee is probably one of the best spots for coffee in Dublin. The staff is lovely, food is awesome and the coffee works wonders. If you are looking for a spot with good music and good atmosphere this is it!

A very inviting café very close to Harcourt Street Luas, with a retro feel. The staff are very smart and professional, the manager is a warm lady who's very keen to accommodate you. They serve tasty soups, breakfast and so on, their coffee is delicious and served with nice latte art. I wouldn't call it a funky place as the style is deliberately old fashioned, kind of like an old-style tea room, but it's clean, comfortable and inviting nonetheless.

The challenge for coffee shops is to remain consistently good, with staff understanding drinks and food. Unfortunately, this 'Art of Coffee" appears to be struggling. The drinks - flat white, mocha & Americano - were average at best. We had the soup too and the portions were enermous, so we left well satisfied. Good value; however, staff need to up there game please.

Hidden gem in South Dublin! On my way to work i wanted to pick up my usual morning coffee but decided to try a new place and stopped by at this cosy coffee shop. Although it was early in the morning I couldn't resist to try one of the tempting treats from the display and added a carrot cake to my dbl macchiato. The friendly lad at the till took my order with a smile on his face while his colleague prepared my order promptly. The coffee was excellent, the carrot cake was one of the best I've had in a while and the service was top of the notch, friendly & efficient. Highly recommended!

The staff here is extremely friendly and engaging. And their soups, are the best I have had. I like their sandwiches too, but for ones who are health conscious, their soups are a soul saver!

In my experience taxi drivers know were to get the best coffee in Dublin. Spy a parked taxi with no sign of the driver, then look for the nearest coffee selling establishment and you usually have it. With a name like The art of coffee any reasonable person would expect to see a few empty taxi's out side but no, now don't get me wrong the coffee is grand and that is all it is. The real strength of the art of coffee is the sandwiches. Italian hams, meatballs, cheeses. some good quality stuff going on there. Perhaps the owner(s) are attempting to be artistic with the name, the art of sandwiches being more descriptive. What ever their reasoning it is a nice place to sit down, you could do worse, taxi drivers should get over themselves.

Great for breakfast: the coffee is very good (even the Americano) and the blueberry scones are delicious too! Wide choice of sweet cakes, and wide choice of hot drinks as well. The room is relatively large and the service is very friendly.
