R. H.Was expecting better based on reviews. Toasted sandwich was disappointing; overflowing with cheese that had little if any flavour, and couldn't taste the ham either. Needed some sort of seasoning or flavour like a grind of pepper or some mayo. Sorry guys, definitely a let down and not worth the six euro price.
P. I.Nice view over the golf course towards the city. Tasty great food and very good value. Nice staff. Great spot for refreshments before and after a hike up the mountains. Or just a stroll around the park. Great soup, coffee, and toasted sandwiches. Indoor and outdoor seating, as well as take-away. Spotless restroom facilities. I have always enjoyed my visits here. Convenient to the free College Road car park. Electric car charging facilities are there now as well.
M. K.A lovely café with a great view. My early morning walk was quite rewarding 😆 not sure how much I burnt in the walk but the cake definitely made up for it🤣 Friendly staff, cosy space and good food for sure.
S. D.Nice spot for a bite. Fairly extensive choice. Seafood sensation tasty and not as large as some of the overly generous wraps. Bit noisy and can be crowded with lots of buggy’s and little ones. In the summer can be too hot but today too cold with a pre set air conditioning unit the staff cannot change.
J. M.If you park in the main carpark and take one of the pathways, this is ideally situated almost half way round the walk. Coffee is good too.
