Lovely spot in Cabinteely village. Excellent coffee, inventive sandwich menu and happy to see they encourage keep cups. Only doing takeaway at the moment though, which is a pity.

Coffee here is good, Service was grand, sandwich and bagel were very good, bagel was a bit pricey. I'll def come back for a better feel of it when Covid hasn't got everything upsidedown, on the whole a nice village cafe worth a visit!

Very trendy spot with daily specials and great breakfast/brunch/lunch offerings. Perfectly poached eggs with some of the best hollandaise I've ever had, the avocado hummus poached eggs on toast is a nice twist on the classic, and the bread is so fresh I'd be surprised if they didn't make it daily on site. Service is fast and friendly.

Coffee was ok, not bad but definitely room for improvement. The ham and cheese sandwich was overpriced for what it is, expecting higher quality bread and relish was overpowering. Wouldn't recommend or try again for quite some time but may be desirable to others.

Visited for breakfast. Surprisingly, i arrived about 9.30am. It opens at 10am Saturdays & Sundays, so I found myself standing in a Q waiting until opening time. Its children friendly with high chairs available. Worth the wait. Had poached eggs on thick toasted doorstep bread. Coffee is excellent and service from Fernanda was prompt & with a smile. Well worth a visit!

My favourite local spot. Great coffee, and quality ingredients and preparation of the lunch menus. Gets very busy at times (as a result of their good reputation), but from my experiences the staff have always been compassionate and diligent in their dealings with customers. Highly recommended.

Great location, a bit hipster decor wise but service was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and quick but not overbearing. I ordered peppermint tea and the breakfast bap. Both arrived quickly and the bap was fresh and tasty. Menu is small but theres something for everyone. Will go again, nice breakfast spot and takeaway available.

This place is top notch! The staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. There's plenty of variety for omnivores and also some vegan options. We went on a Sunday morning just before the lunchtime rush. Our waitress was friendly, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the wild mushrooms and sourdough toast. We finished up with one of the best espresso coffees we've ever had in Ireland, it was a barista's choice Guatemalan bean.

Honestly, some of the best anything you order kind of place. I had the pancakes and sooo good! Their coffee is to die for and the service is great. Anything you order, won't disappoint you! Downside, it's so good, it's always packed with people!

This is a fantastic local café. The coffee is amazing. The only drawback relates to ease of parking. It can take a little while to find a space during peak hours. The food is fantastic here too - particularly the Avocado toast.

Urbun is a nicely decorated cafe with good quality food. A further testament to the food quality is the queues on weekends. Unfortunately you're likely to be waiting about 15 to 20 minutes to get a seat but it is worth it. On weekdays it does still get busy but it's easier to find a seat. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the prices are good for the food you're getting. I had to drop a star as at times they can forget the basics when so busy where the last time I was there I had to ask for the cutlery for the table three times.

This is a cafe I have visited a number of times over the years. I like the layout and artwork. On this occasion, we went there for lunch. Coffee is very good here, and my sandwich was very tasty. My partner ordered a brownie, and at the suggestion of the waitress, added ice cream. But when we got the bill, the price of the brownie with was literally doubled because we added ice cream. That seemed a bit OTT to me. Next time we'll skip the brownie...

Great place to pop in for a little chat, or lunch. Coffe and pastries are nice, price is on the middle. Around lunchtime is crowded, as Bank of Ireland offices located on opposite side of the road, so sometimes you have to wait to get a table. Design is commercial, nothing funcy in it. Staff are great, could be more to quicker service. Other than that, it's a lovely place, recommended!

Really nice place I just found, nice varies selection of drinks including pink lemonade! Staff were really friendly and welcoming, nice atmosphere. Quality food and reeeeaaalll ham with good size children's portions. Home made jams and relishes etc available to buy. A little pricier than I would like though.

Busy spot in the heart of Cabinteely with loads of options in terms of food. Coffee is good, they use Badger & Dodo but also offer a single-origin Barista choice. The reason for my 3 stars is that the place feels messy and the service is slow, especially the coffee orders take a while to come. I went there on a Saturday for brunch and it seemed there was no dedicated barista: someone was making coffee, then started looking after cutlery... basically disorganised. By all means try it as it's not a disappointment, but it could work much better, that's my opinion.

Tasty food and really nice coffee. However the staff are slow and inexperienced and why not open before 10am!? Update - went in for a TakeAway coffee. There were around 10 people sitting. there were 3 people in front also awaiting takeaways. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my coffee. It seems to be the same every time I go in there. The barista annoyingly decorates the froth with love hearts (yes on a takeaway coffee) whilst I stand there politely holding back "just give me the f***ing coffee please!" Just give me the coffee please. If sitting - table staff seem better experienced but have a lot to go before being good at their job. I'll be back as I do like their grub and coffee but I wish they'd get their act together!

Went in for a hot chocolate for kids to warm up from cycling in cold weather. They served nondairy (almond or oat) hot chocolate and tasty mini donuts. Great service and I loved my cappuccino.

Nice enough place and very busy. However, I felt that the size of the cups they use for their coffee, hot chocolate, etc is far too small. I asked for a large Americano and got a very small little cup. I won't be going back in a hurry as I like to have a nice big cup of coffee when talking to a friend. I looked around and most other people had these very small little cups also. Pity.
