Great customer service in Costa Marshes last week. Agnieszka and rest of the staff are always pleasant to deal with and happy to customise my coffee. Coffee perfect as always!

Costa is such a beautiful place and it all ways is packed full of people which must be a good sign. I love the little packet of six muffins you can get they are so nice. The hot chocolate is define it's the best hot chocolate out there nothing will beat it.

Was busy when I arrived but the staff took it all in their stride. Orders were processed with good humour and efficiency. The range of products is excellent and the fact that it was full speaks to its popularity. Staff were good at clearing up tables for new customers. Prices were about right - not cheap but not our rageous. Sit outside and watch the world go by. Recommended

Come here several times a week. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great service. Have been coming here for years and have not had one bad experience yet. I think the manager is very good, I have seen her work alongside the staff she seems to know how to train them very well. Highly recommend!

Love the new decor in The Marshes Costa. COSTA has a number of gluten free options when it comes to pastries.

One of the best Costas out there, they always have the full range and staff are always fast and on the ball. On the down side is lack of seats but that just shows the throughput.
