Ma's is a lovely place to stop in to get a nice cup of coffee, bun or tasty sandwich. I'd be fond of a salty rasher myself so often order a BLT from their polite staff. 5 stars, lovely jovely

We stopped in Ma's kitchen for lunch yesterday and really enjoyed the experience. Food was great (taco fries were really good) good range of choices (including sweet treats ) and coffee was very good too. The guys there were also very helpful - could not do enough for us.

it is a great little shop and I agree staff are very good - but as a negative I rang to place an order while Kildare is in lock down again - I rang at 2 min. after 3 pm on a Saturday and was told food service stopped at 3pm. 2 min. past the window not 50 min past the window. Over all it does put me off.

Wonderfully done cafe and a much needed addition in the heart of this sleepy village. Excellent place to go to get away from the city and relax. The staff are wonderful and you feel like you are part of the family the moment you walk in. The desserts are all homemade locally and wonderful to have with a coffee. You can tell the barista manager know's what he is doing and ensures you get treated and served right. All day breakfast is a life-saver after a night of pints as well. Another plus is there are outlets set up at every booth and near every table, which made it wonderful for me to come and do some work while on lunch, or if you just need a quick charge of your phone. Overall, if you are looking for a place with fresh quality coffee, food, snacks, and desserts, a friendly and family environment, and a staff that truly care about their little cafe, then go checkout Ma's Kitchen.

This was a cosy little cafe in the heart of Rathangan. Got a full irish with tea and toast and it was yum!! 😋😋 A good choice of breakfasts, lunches and super display of pastries and cakes. Definitely worth a visit if passing thru! 😃😃👍👍

Very nice Cafe in the centre of town. The cafe has a nice old time vibe going on. Very good range of beverages and food menu looks great to. All the desserts look fantastic. I think the amount of people having the full breakfast here speaks for itself. Everything here looks professional and is beautifully laid out. Bathroom was clean and the staff were very friendly. A much needed addition to the town and very well done.

Been here on Sunday morning with family for breakfast. We were the first people to enter at 10am and got really shocked. Floor not swept, tables still dirty and not wiped from the day before. Their deli section looked dirty too and glass displays didn't go near window cleaner for very long time. The only good thing there was the coffee but that won't be a reason for us to come back. Pity rathangan has nothing to offer on Sunday morning when you passing by.
