Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The coffee and cookies are amazing (you HAVE to try the cookies). Food has always been great and so reasonably priced. We love the new outdoor seating area they have. Amazing spot all around.

I loooooove this place. I went there 5 times or more. Everyone that I know go with me. There are lots of students, but they have a calm and silent room. The soup is pretty amazing and the cakes. My friend enjoy the cookies. All staffs are polite and I had a excellent customer service. @rpripam

Food and drink and service was excellent. Food was super scrummy! Reasonable prices (even in their book and gift shop). Every one is so nice, polite and friendly and helpful. Usually I'm only around at times when the cage is closed and the bookshop is close to closing hours. This day I was in time to finally visit both! Will definitely be coming back to the cafe again, and the bookshop as usual. The cafe also host bible studies and classes/courses, so I will be popping in also (hopefully regularly) for the 11am Saturday free bible study sessions.

Beautiful location, the sun streaming through the windows creates a lovely atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff that seem to genuinely care about their customers. However service was unexpectedly slow, 12 mins from ordering to the arrival of a hot chocolate is hopefully an anomaly in their usual service standards.

It's just a great place to go and take a break from your day. The food is brilliant and reasonably priced. The service is just the friendliest. There's plenty of room. If it's your thing, grab a window table and watch the water flow by. Just a great relaxing ambience.

Large areas to sit and lively fresh products with exceptional cakes. A special is available between two ish and five ish with coffee or tea and a cake for four euros. Friendly staff and good loos.

Amazing prices on food and good quality. Was a bit disappointed as they were out of three separate items that we tried to order, and it wasn't particularly late for lunch either

Make sure to grab a seat by the windows! Sipping a cup of coffee or tea is much nicer when you watch the river flow by right next to you. Food is tasty, simple, and inexpensive, and deserts are fantastic!
