Incredible place to enjoy a beautiful moment !! The staff are simply amazing, very friendly and personable, always with a smile and ready to recommend the best tea for each menu option. The place is beautiful, full of charming details, perfect dream tea house. The food is perfect in presentation and, of course, in flavors. Definitely my favorite place in Galway! We had a really lovey trip to Ireland in August. I had asked my daughter to book an afternoon tea with just the two of us. Cupan Tae was a nice blend of cute and quirky, the service was good along with cakes and finger sandwich displays we each got. Great selection of their own teas. We left with some and I intend on ordering more. An experience with my daughter that we will cherish for years.

This place is absolutely precious! The back is a gift shop where you can buy the teas and different tea steepers and accessories. The front is the most precious tea shop I’ve ever been in. Everyone is in aprons and sundresses to perfectly fit the style of the store. They serve finger sandwiches on tiered platters and the tea is all bought by the pot and is served in China. The two teas we tried were absolutely amazing and they were served with cubes of raw and white sugar and with cream. The location is beautiful and the tea is amazing!

Ok, it's expensive for a cup of tea and some cake, BUT, there is a huge selection of Irish and international teas, and the cake is amazing! We only had tea (emerald Isle, hints of vanilla ice cream) and cake (the courgette cake was out of this world), though we did see a brunch and an afternoon tea at the next table, and they looked great too. Service was great too. Give it a go!

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had, in the cutest place in the city! My mom and I went in for her 70th birthday and the staff was all so nice. I highly HIGHLY recommend the veggie brekkie and the carrot cake. Phenomenal!

Went for afternoon tea with my 2 daughters. Like walking in to your granny's. With doileys and cups and saucers and sugar tongs. So very special. Food was lovely and what makes it special is the staff. Friendly, welcoming and charming. Will definitely visit again and would recommend you pay a visit. Scones are amazing.

This is an essential place to visit while in Galway. Everything from the decor to the service was fantastic. They have a large variety of tea from all over the globe so you're sure to find something for you. The experience is also enjoyable with how they serve you and how your tea is brewed. What I didn't enjoy as much though was the 3 tier pastry/scone plate. Some of the items were bland and lacked flavor. I would still highly recommended this place though as it was still worth it.

Really beautiful surroundings, the Galway tea really does taste creamy, only downside was that though asking our first waitress about allergens & vegan option, it was a different waitress who brought out our order, said "vegan option" but it was actually real dairy! The Original waitress was lovely and apologetic

This is one of the best places I've been to in all my trips to Galway! It was like being in a Jane Austen novel! I was actually giddy from the moment I walked in. The menus were gorgeous, the tea service was gorgeous, and the cakes were unique, inspired and divine! The tea was so unique and delicious, too, with so many amazing choices. And to top it off, all the lovely ladies working there were so sweet and helpful. This was more than just eating at a cafe; it was an experience. Can't recommend this place enough. 😍

I’m from San Antonio, Texas , I have a friend who visited this place on her trip to Ireland last year. She shared a cup of tea with me and I fell in love with it! I’ve been thinking of this tea for a long time debating if I should order it. I decided to go for it and I got a handwritten letter thanking me for each selection of tea and a napkin which I thought was a nice touch. I’m happy I ordered and grateful they took the time to write me a note, I hope to reorder!

I ordered several different teas online and they were dispatched the same day and delivered next day. All black teas (Ceylon, Assam, Darjeeling) are very nice and Oolong is extra nice. I also like that no plastic is used for packing. Good job. Definitely one of the best value shop in Ireland.

This quirky little place is just amazing!!! We had the pleasure of having breakfast there yesterday morning, and from start to end it was amazing! The Veg breakfast is to die for, and a little unusual to your normal breakfast. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, and the homemade bread was just delicious. Servers in the cutest aprons that just add to the overall experience, along with linens and decor, Perfect China, delicious tea, yummy sandwiches, cozy atmosphere. There is however a significant disconnect between the variety and quality of cakes on offer and cost. Fix this and it will be a great place.

You can't beat the location of this accommodation - a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square. The rooms are small, but quite comfortable and they have a kitchenette, which is a bonus. There are also staff on site to help you if you need assistance with anything. A good base for exploring London; lots of things to see within walking distance.

Found this place by accident and loved it the moment I stepped inside. The place is lovely and small, had to wait a few minutes to get a seat though. Then there is a small room where they keep the tee they sell, almost missed it, it is so well hidden. The toilets are small and full of pretty stuff, so didn't know if I hated them or not. They are not for bigger people.

The thing that annoyed me most is that they don't really have space. It's a tiny room with too many tables in it. Being a tea noob this place was pretty cool. A little too dainty for this Satanic Master but if you like the real high tea experience you can blow your brains out here. The baked goods were good, my full Irish breakfast was satisfying and the tea selection was mind blowing - well for me at least. This place was heaven for my tea totalling missus. Even though it relies on a central gimmick and theme I truly found this place to be the least touristy place in all of Galway.

Very cosy place, friendly but not too helpful staff. I wished to switch out the toast for potatoes at brunch (as they didnt have a gluten free toast/bread and Im sensitive) but this seemed like a big bother for the staff. Eventually I got my point across that simply switching them was fine with me and I couldn't care less about presentation which they were most concerned about, and I got to order. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere lovely.
