Love this place , beautiful accomodation very cosy bed , beautiful clean rooms ,parking bit of a pain ,spaces very tight, cudnt get my car in to fit, so had to park on side of street ,caused a bit of stress ,but apart from all that , beautiful place , beautiful coffee ,and nice staff ,yes I recommend ❤️🙂

Perfect spot for a good coffee (they have oat milk version as well). And some snacks like a tasty veggie roll pastry and chocolate &cherry cake...it was so good.

Great but basic food and charge you through the nose but having said that- desperate times,desperate measures and when there is nowhere else quick to eat or grab a coffee,then your forced to put up and shut up,it's not great like even if the shop looks like it's all that!

Lovely selection of fresh pastries and cake; Edwina is an absolute joy to come into. Only thing stopping me giving this spot 5 stars is the lack of enforcement on over crowding at the front entrance to the cafe on a daily basis, and little to no masks being worn within the crowds. Inside often is too crowded as well, and again, little to know facemasks being worn. Not fair on staff and also customers abiding by the recommendation of wearing face coverings. I was more of a regular here but have since stopped visiting because of the crowds present each morning & around midday/lunchtime every day.

Mocha Beans is the best cafe in Salthill for value, friendly staff and most of all very spacious and safe during these uncertain times. The specials board is also worth a look and affords amazing value while other cafes are a bit expensive and overcrowded. Fair play to them for leading the way.

I visited this quaint little cafe two weeks back with the intention of getting coffee and cake. After I stepped into the cafe, I saw that there are no COVID-19 protocols being followed. People are overcrowding around the counter. There are no signs of people wearing a mask although some of the staff was wearing it. All being said, the service is good but it just seems like they are not taking the pandemic seriously and putting the lives of its customers and the staff at risk. Looking at the situation, I opted for a takeaway.

Stopped by here for what was an impromptu coffee and French toast this morning....divine! My order was taken by the very friendly manager lady (I think), the staff were very attentive and the place spotless. I'll definitely be back!

Nice place, catches the morning sun and has a good (typical) breakfast menu. I had the full Irish, which was good apart from the sausage which was pretty poor. The black pudding was really nice and the scrambled eggs were done properly. The chai latte was nice but not mind blowing. Overall pretty happy.

I would be reluctant to give this such a high ratings because I might have a problem in getting a table next time. But in the age old spirit of sharing on the net from my earliest experiences when the Whitehouse was the only website in color I am going to let you in my little secret. This is my fav coffee house in Galway. Situated in the chic seaside resort of Salthill a stones throw from the sea as they say. It would be a worthy stop off point if you are travelling the Wild Atlantic Way as it is exactly the mid point of the route. With excellent coffee as a given what makes Mocha Beans stand out is the quality of the food. My favorite is the pancakes with lashings of streaky bacon and maple syrup. The staff are excellent too and very friendly and look after your every need.

Extreme breakfast!!! All very good!! Kind and friendly staff, I had the typical Irish breakfast complete with everything (mushrooms, potatoes, sausage, beans, eggs, tomatoes, bread, butter, sweet and sour sauce, cereal pie, coffee, bacon) for €10. Fabulous!!

(Translated) Here we ate a delicious, generous breakfast and drank very good coffee or tea with it. We had scramble on toast, which was a lot and came with a tomato relish, also a New York bagel with bacon and avocado and a portion of granola with a yogurt, which was just as delicious. In terms of price, like most things here, a bit more expensive than in Germany, but still completely okay. (Original) Hier haben wir ein super leckeres, großzügiges Frühstück gegessen und dazu sehr guten Kaffee, bzw. Tee getrunken. Wir hatten Scramble on Toast, was sehr viel war und serviert mit einer Tomaten-Relish kam, ausserdem einen New York Bagel mit Bacon und Avocado und eine Portion Granola mit a Yogurt, was ebenso lecker war. Preislich wie das meiste hier etwas teurer als in Deutschland, aber dennoch völlig in Ordnung.
