N. S.Visited this place recently while coming back from event in Radisson hotel. It's really served some best sandwiches you ever eat. Very great coffee and cool place to chill. They don't do custom sandwiches in weekends so only prepared sandwiches to go for but those where great too. It's not out from city center else very great.

J. P.Fantastic coffee and quick service. The bags of speciality coffee are reasonably priced as well, and are perfectly roasted. It's a bit out of town, but great for a proper cup of coffee in Galway, and always a choice when heading for the bus.
A. P.2 separate experiences here could not be any more different. I'm American and search out where to get coffee, not lattes, not americano, or other espresso drinks, plain old coffee. This place has fantastic pour over coffee, available in single cup, via chemex for more volume and aeropress for a quick version. Yesterday I got the chemex to go, 2 cups for my wife and I. Fantastic! Really great coffee. Excellent pastries. Staff super helpful and pleasant.
On the second visit this morning the greasey hipster with a healthy does of negativity told me first they didn't have pour over coffee. Then I said I had the chemex yesterday pointing to the menu which has it in big writing. He then groaned I'd have to wait, I said great, thank you. Then I get my cups a few minutes later and they are literally half full. Already disgusted at the attitude and the extra time I waited to compared to the prior day, I just fixed my coffee and left. I should have made a stink about it but its early for me and I haven't had my (half) cup of coffee.
P. M.The café itself is not that cosy, there are better ones in Galway, but everything else is just perfect. Great coffee with different very friendly staff and you can also buy coffee beans to enjoy this great coffee at home as well

J. D.Depressing location which nobody sane would choose for a cafe so we're assuming they have free rent. They would do better to rotate their blends more considering they own the Roastery. Opening earlier would greatly help coffee lovers also. And lose the attempts at hipsterism. Otherwise an oasis of quality coffee in that part of town, 3 minutes walk from the bus station so they should be doing more take-out business to the discerning GoBus crowd. Great Flat White.
