S. W.Gosh, I hate to see that one recent reviewer had such an abnormal experience here — the couple who owns this place could not be more gracious, helpful and generous! The location is EXACTLY where you want to be in Greystones. It’s at one end of a 6K or so rocky path along the sea to Bray that you MUST walk for as long as it suits you. It’s serene and gorgeous. In the other direction it’s a short walk to The Happy Pear, a beautiful spot for coffee, lunch, snacks and produce, Daata, a hip and yummy Indian/Pakistani restaurant, a wonderful Thai massage place and also the rest of the cute town, for shopping, drinks, etc. Jonathan the owner gave us killer advice and wasn’t bothered that we asked for constant guidance and we enjoyed the laidback feel of the place. It’s very affordable because they don’t come change sheets and towels every day, but the rooms are clean and spacious and we felt happy and comfortable with this as our home base during our 5 nights in Greystones.
