M.The Amber Coast Coffee Shop in Kilkenny (MacDonagh) train station is a nice little coffee shop that offers light snacks (popcorn, crisps, chocolate bars, nuts, sandwiches, drinks, ice cream etc). Good place to stock up on light snacks before train journeys. They do standard coffee shop drinks like lattes, espressos and hot chocolate.
