Great food, good coffee. The place looked a bit untidy and it was a quite loud atmosphere. Staff was helpful however they didn't look too happy to work there. Apart from that nice place for having a coffee.

Lovely walk-up service counter with tons of quick lunch and bakery options. We stopped in at 3:30 pm for a quick bite and glass of wine/tea. Very quick and friendly service. Eliminate the need for wait staff and time of a sit down restaurant. Wonderful for a us busy travelers!

This is a nice little spot. The quiche was not bad, but I would have liked it better if it had more egg and cheese. The red velvet cake was ok. It wasn't as moist as I would have liked and the icing was too sugary. It was a little gritty and not very smooth or creamy. The service was friendly.

Absolutely lovely place. Fantastic choice of food and really tasty, priced very reasonably. 2 things that surprised us negatively and need important. 1) the cashier on the day was unwell and was constantly coughing covering her mouth with her hand and using the same to hand out napkins and cutlery. 2) a man ( probably the owner) without any uniform, just in his outside clothes was helping himself with food straight from the deli, making a sandwich and then eating it behind the counter. Health and safety rules a bit neglected. All the other staff were professional and very attentive.

That was a very pleasant surprise. First time I went there and it is a real "JAM" to be and eat in this place. Atmosphere is great. Very and good trained staff. Food is excellent. Easy 5 stars.

We had lunch here this week. It was fine, from other reviews we expected it to be amazing but it was just average. It was 12:15 so wasn't heavy lunch rush. There's no clear direction when you walk in, we walked up to the counter and then had to ask if we could order food and got directed to a small queue. We placed our order and it was very rushed, we felt as though it was very automated. We asked for sandwiches, white or brown, butter and mayo, toasted or plain, sit down or takeaway. No other conversation from any of the four girls serving. The woman on the til barely made eye contact, asked if we wanted drinks but it felt as though she wasn't really interested. We paid and took a seat. The bread on my sandwich was stake, prob just that first slice out of the pack, asked for it to be changed, didn't take long to be redone. When we were finished we ordered another toasted sandwich to take away but there seemed to be only one toasted. Took a good few minutes for the extra sandwich. Longer than other places we've eaten. Again, despite not being overly busy no one really made conversation with us while we ordered or waited. Just didn't feel inviting compared to other places we have tried this week

The ladies were super helpful. We wanted something for our KETO diet and the ladies were very helpful in creating a plate suitable to our requirements. The tables by the windows are bright and big enough for our plates and coffees. The restaurant is family and group friendly. The restrooms were not wheelchair accessible. Every year we travel from Dublin to visit my Mum in Killarney to celebrate my twin daughters birthday - this year it's #10. Every year we insist on getting a birthday cake at Jam and every year the standard keeps getting better and better. We love the strawberry sponge cake - layers of light sponge, fresh cream, fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings. Even the strawberry jam in the layers are to die for - bet it's homemade in keeping with the name of the shop! It's the best cake ever and worth the trip. Keep up the amazing work and standards. Looking forward to next year and the 11th birthday:)

Nice spot just off the Glebe car park quite central in the town ,situated on a beautiful lane , the cafe is spacious plenty of comfortable seating ,plenty of choice food wise sweet and savoury , it would be nice to see a sweet vegan option (scone/queen cake) there is gluten-free options available The service is good friendly helpful staff, a child friendly cafe easy place to bring a toddler or child for a social outing, my little girl is partial to a cup of tea and a bun Bathrooms are usually clean and tidy Also seating outside

We came to jam on a recommendation from a cab driver in Dublin. It was a good recommendation!! It's a self-serve cafe-resto with amazing sweets and excellent breakfast sandwiches and lots of seating. Recommend the build-your-own bkfst sandwich.

Very nice café for a breakfast different from those offered by pubs. You can compose the toast however you prefer with many different ingredients. The sandwich is quite good but presented in a somewhat poor way. Ordering is difficult because the staff does not help and in the confusion of the morning understanding the right combination is not easy.
