M.Stayed here quite a few times and never disappointed. Nice quirky fresh hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. Food is delicious. Location is perfect being a stones throw from the train station and in perfect walking distance of the town. Truly an enjoyable stay and I look forward to staying again sometime in the near future.

B.Well for starters I didn't stay here we decided to have dinner here as the last stop of our road trip around the cork and Kerry coast. for starters the place is impeccable the décor is so modern and chic, the restaurant is really nice and has loads of space. The waitresses working here are some of the most friendly and nice I've ever met. And the service is incredible. While the food might be a bit expensive it was all freshly made to perfection I had the best pad Thai dish in my whole life and a sticky toffee pudding that was just right not too sweet yet not too sticky. I'll have to come back to this hotel and maybe spend a night next time, I'm so impressed! Kudos to all the staff managing it all in these terrible covid times.

T. D.We booked a meal at The Ross hotel for 18 people to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. I can’t speak highly enough about all of the staff. Eleanor the manager was great at keeping up communication as we planned through Covid. On the night was food was 5 star! The Ross offered an excellent menu that had something for everyone from the meat-eaters to the vegetarians. The food presentation and taste was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The friendly efficient wait staff were excellent and paid extra special attention to my parents as they celebrated their anniversary. If you are looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion I would definitely recommend The Ross Hotel.

Cellar restaurant good good. Bar menu very basic. Nachos not good, sauce was like BBQ? Korma appitizers was fairly unappitizing! Plate of raw onions... However the cocktails redeamed the food... Chili margurita is recommended but only if you like cayanne pepper

While all staff were immaculate and wore masks I could also observed door handles and menus being sanitised. regularly.

A. B.Gorgeous food and great staff. The bar does some of the best cocktails in Killarney. The decor is modern and lively. The pork belly was gorgeous, served with crispy crackling on top. Really nice choice on the menu and nobody was disappointed

Reminds me a little like a W hotel, but less over the top. Have no doubt when we come back to Ireland, will stay here.
r. b.Highly recommend! Good restaurant and bar. Rooms are very clean. The beds were unbelievable comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The bathrooms were large and spotless. Two minute walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. John at the front desk offered suggestions for places to see and different restaurants. The ones that we tried were excellent. The Ross would just be another hotel if not for John. We really had a great time. One more thing. Not all hotels in Ireland have air conditioned rooms. The Ross does and we needed it. Just another reason to stay at the Ross.
D. R.Great funky hotel that marries comfort, hospitality and fun perfectly. The restaurant has nice food and great service. But, I have to say the food from the bar is a real show stopper. Delicious and great great service. The chicken curry is possibly the nicest in the country. Parking is across the road only a 2 minute walk away, it's a little awkward but not a big enough deal to stop anyone staying there, perhaps if you are staying at peak season check with the hotel about parking. Decent cocktails available also. We've been there twice and will likely be back.
T. S.Ate at the bar in the Ross Hotel tonight. Food was amazing, some of the best of the trip. Great value as well. I had the salmon it was delicious with the local Killarney stout. Someone else in the group had the lamb burger. Photos of both are included.
A. L.We had a rough start hotel wise to our Ireland trip. This hotel is a breath of fresh air!!!! They have air conditioning, comfy beds, clean rooms, amazing spacious bathrooms, and the cafe at dinner & brunch was AMAZING. I would stay here again, no doubt about that. I LOVE this hotel & area.

M. L.The Ross is as vibrant and fun as the colors of the decor. They are certainly attracting talented chefs because of the modern attitude of the hotel. The parking is down the street at their sister hotel (the older, wealthier sister - The Killarney Park Hotel) which is a minor inconvenience, but not a big deal.
V. B.Spent the last five nights of a six week tour of Scotland, UK and Ireland in this beautiful hotel and it was the best of our trip! Called ahead of our arrival to ask (beg) for a quiet room after spending a few sleepless nights in Galway due to trying to sleep over a lively bar. Arrived exhausted at the Ross and were treated to the most incredible room!! Windows overlooking the horse carriages out front, beautiful bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever! Cannot thank Marzina at the front desk enough!! She had also helped with our original reservations and couldn’t have been nicer! Food in the restaurant was excellent and wonderful bartenders- hope to come back some day☘️
d. I.This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and nice. The bathroom is nice as well, even though our room didn't have any shelves in there. The shower is nice and the tub was BIG! But we didn't get to use it :(

The bar was nice and a very cool place to hang out. They have Killarney Oatmeal stout on tap! A rare find. So good...
Breakfast buffet was good too.
A nice spot in town and relatively quiet. Free parking down the block at the sister hotel (Killarney park).
I would certainly stay here again, without question!

M. M.Great location and fab room price for such a central hotel. Using the amenities in the near by hotel was excellent. Love the decor of the lobby, the little sweet corner and the bar (although manic busy) did lovely cocktails. Room was clean and bed was super cosy.
The thing that was disappointing was the cooked breakfast, I ordered half pancakes/half French toast as the waitress had suggested. My friend ordered the omelette. I received cold sugar laden cinnamon bread (can't call it toast!) and my pancake was like rubber I had to hold the fork and knife extra tight to cut through. My friends omlette was similar to that of the sole of a well worn shoe. Fire your egg chef....everything he/she is producing is inedible hard rubber!!
The table with the cereals/breads is great 👍 so that saved our ravenous stomachs. Would def go back.

Everything was beautiful spotless rooms beautiful food and the staff were excellent nothing was too much for them no matter what we asked there was no problem they even organized for us to be picked up at the airport. K. H.Cannot recommend The Ross Hotel enough. From start to finish everything was perfect. We had a group booking of 20 people. I was dealing with the Operations Manager, Roger and nothing was an issue for him. He kindly designed our personalised menus and also a personalised cocktail for the night, which was fabulous. The waiters, Mark & Cian were second to none and the efficiency was brilliant. Our full group loved the meal and we couldn’t fault anything, Cannot recommend the Ross Hotel enough. Will definitely be back.

A. G.The Ross is a quirky cozy hotel. Location is good for walking to things, but traffic is bad. You may have to circle the roundabout a few times to find a place to unload your luggage. Parking is just down the block at their parent hotel Killarney Park Hotel. This was no problem as it was so close. You also have access to the gym and pool at the Park Hotel.
The reception staff was extremely nice and helpful. Small frig in the room, but get ice from the bar if u want ice. No ice machines, as seems the norm for Ireland. Would recommend the Ross.
N. M.I did not stay in the hotel but I had dinner and drinks in the bar. It's a very modern and quirky bar, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great location. The food was amazing, seriously some of the nicest bar food we have ever had. The room was very bright and nicely designed. Just something a little different as most of the bars in Killarney go for the old school irish bar to attract the tourists so it was nice to have another option. We enjoyed the bar so much we have picked the hotel as our next hotel to stay in when we come back to Killarney.
R. B.Super-chic hotel in the very heart of Killarney. Rooms are Euro-sized (tiny), but quite comfortable. Service was adequate, but the parking situation is challenging, to say the least. However, you can't get a more reasonably-priced, comfortable hotel closer to the hustle and bustle of High Street. Recommended.
A. M.Cellar One Restaurant: went for dinner there with the GF on the 5th of June. The place was excellent!!! The food was amazing and the service just as good. Our waitress Sarah, was very knowledgeable and genuinely a real pleasure! The food was plentiful and the atmosphere spot on. The price of the food and drinks was equally impressive, €100 tip included for a three course meal, wine, coke, and tea for two. EXCELLENT OVERALL AND I WISH IT WAS UP IN DUBLIN TOO. Well done guys!

I was refered by another hotel that The Ross might have an empty bottle of gin...(I was looking for the bottle...great color and shape, but I'm not a gin drinker) The front desk staff and bartender were fantastic...the bartender took the time to make this happen...he was super friendly and I cannot thank everyone enough. K. W.I travelled with a girlfriend to Killarney. We originally stayed at the Scott's Hotel, and we were not happy with that choice. The Concierge at the Killarney Park Hotel recommended going to The Ross. The individuals working at this hotel were so accommodating and helpful. They were able to move another guest to another room in order to help us. In addition, we also had to find transportation to Roscommon after we left Killarney. The ladies working at the hotel called different cab companies and tried to find us a route on the train, and more. They were just so nice and helpful! In addition, the decor is very boutique-like, rooms were clean and neat; the breakfast was lovely. We had to leave early for bus trips, and the staff allowed us to pack our breakfast and take it with us. Everyone was just so nice!
