S. H.Location wise Coach House Coffee is perfect, as it’s practically on the Waterford Greenway, but unfortunately our food was not as good as I would have liked. Especially the vegan burger option which was very plain and was unfortunately still cold in the centre.
Our party of four visited on Friday before the lunch rush and the staff were super nice and friendly but forgot simple things like our cutlery.

J. d.Went to kringletown wirh our grandchildren on 19/12 what a place to go absolutely fabulous for children and adults so well organised. We also got to see santa and Mrs claus. Prior to that we had a meal in the coachhouse again everything fab. Well done to all concerned for a fabulous experience. Will definitely go there again next year. Would more than highly recommend this local event
D. B.Great location, but too busy. Probably not enough staff to serve everyone during rush hours. Coffee and cakes were great. But there were little details, like posts everywhere ‘Only for customers to consume purchased food’, the glass that makes cakes look bigger then they are, etc.

My small one loved the mini roller coaster. only down side was the lack of social distancing should of lined floors or something to keep people more separated everyone was stood up on top of each other and hand sanitizers empty but we would go back again

This is located at the halfway point of the greenway and I expected very little. They could get away with serving bad food etc because there aren't many other choices. It turned out to be the best food we had on our weekend in Waterford. (Partially due to some disasters at some other places).

Food could have been slightly warmer, but it was probably the busiest day of the year, so it wouldn't put me off going again.

q. a.I have visited the coach house a few times. We had lovely cakes and deserts, but unfortunately the two times we had breakfast it was not enjoyable. I had the eggs benedict and i could not cut threw the toast. It was so hard and dry. The egg was hard not soft. A bit disappointed ☹️ not sure if I will have breakfast there again.
M. M.Very cute converted stone farm house with lots of indoor and outdoor space for the few sunny days. The lunch menu was solid but short of amazing. The coffee is very good as are the deserts. The steak sandwich was dry, but the chicken burger with avocado was lovely (with swapped out for Louisiana mayo). Need to come back to try the breakfast menu.

C. G.Great way to start our Greenway cycle. Lovely coffee and breakfast. Only criticism is the eggs and avo needs a 2nd slice of sourdough bread. Two eggs, half an avocado and black pudding on one piece of bread isnt enough especially at €9.50.

However, we couldn’t resist buying a gluten free brownie to have later on; can confirm it was just delicious. The staff were all friendly and the decor was so unique and pretty.

Had the best guacamole I've ever tasted. And the coffee is good too. Great place for the kids to run around. Five stars all the way.

G. D.They've changed up the menu a bit since I was last there in April but the food is ever as delicious. I had the scrambled eggs and bacon with sourdough bread and real butter. The serving size was huge and I felt extremely satisfied with the portions. They also have a huge selection of fresh cakes and scones and even protwin/paleo balls. The coffee is lovely too. All the servers are very quick and polite and it's just a lovely place to be. Its family friendly with children's options. It is conveniently located just off the GreenWay.

O. F.Nice place! Food is good, as of Sept 2017 they have soups and sandwiches and plenty of cakes and coffee, always busy at weekends on the Summer, should be a bit quieter in the Winter. The location on the Greenway is hard to beat. Nice staff also and dog friendly seating outside, they have water bowls and a spot to tie your dog while you order.

D. C.An excellent halway point on the Waterford Greenway Cycle. Beautiful restaurant with excellent range on the menu. The coffee is excellent.excellent facilities with very friendly helpful staff. Their cakes are an excellent end to a good meal. Lovely out door eating area with dog friendly area. Having the cycle shop next door isna bonus to be able to drop the bikes in for lunch.
A. C.Since Kilmacthomas is the halfway point it makes sense to stop off here for a break and some food. The venue is lovely and I loved the old word feel. I ordered the pulled pork on a bla, this came with chips. Odly the chips weren’t great, they tasted of fish and were chewy. I also found the service odd, take a menu and order at the counter, for a place like this and off its size it felt inefficient and impersonal.
Overall it was very good but the chips and service style let it down for me.

The cakes too are amazing, I had the Mint Aero cheesecake and it was fantastic! Staff are real friendly and the room itself styled with old photos, books and collectables from the old railway. There's a bike hire also on site

Coffee superb and the accompanying scone went down a treat. Service was excellent and staff where friendly. Would highly recommended.

It is perfectly set up for cyclists with a parking area outside and a converted shipping container which (I am assuming) would serve ice cream in the Summer. I had an Americano and a very nice slice of chocolate biscuit cake for takeaway - the cake was very nice and perfect to fortify me for the return trip to Dungarvan. The ambiance of the cafe was slightly industrial but quite nice.

O.Very busy.I had chicken wings last time I was there and was looking forward to having them again but I couldn’t find them on the menu.I don’t know if they just do them on weekdays as it was Saturday when I couldn’t find them or if they just took them off.I was a bit disappointed with their lunch menu.I got the Cajun chicken.It was fine nothing to be excited about,it was tasty and the chips were amazing,I mean really amazing.The menu was very small but it was a lunch menu and a busy Saturday so I might try again on a weekday later in the day.You have to go to the till to order which is fine seen as there is over 85 tables.Overall I enjoyed my lunch it was very busy but they brought out the food quick.

Situated right off the Greenway it's an ideal stop for cyclists. That aside it's a nice, spacious cafe with option upstairs during the busy season. For the busy season there's even a second cafe (closed during December when we called).

F. O.An fantastic cafe / restaurant situated in the heart of the Co. Waterfront countryside on the Greenway half way between Waterford & Dungarvan. The building was previously a workhouse. Due to poverty this was once a place of extreme sadness, now the building is warm, welcoming and filled with the sound of young & old enjoying good food while relaxing in lovely casual surroundings. I am looking forward to my next visit to the Coach House on the Greenway.
