Early morning coffee on New Years Day 2018. Staff bright and breezy, coffee good standard, service quick and efficient, ambience quiet and cosy. Scones and cakes fresh and tasty. Disabled toilet available, wheelchair access to the cafe tight but possible. Definitely worth a visit.

A cute cafe that serves affordable breakfast and hot beverages right in front of the beautiful water. They open very early in the morning too which was great since I had to wake up early to catch a bus. They got amazing service and the food was delicious! The food came out pretty fast as well! Originally I was going to give this cafe 4 because the we couldnt have full breakfast as it was finished and they were out of brown bread however the my husband ordered the club sandwich on ciabatta bread and I had the French toast with bacon and syrup and it was absolutely delicious.so much so that instead of having breakfast at our hotel tomorrow we are going to go to this cafe instead.

Be cautious not to fall your ice cream to the ground. Ice cream doesn't stick well on cones or is not put well in the cone. Kids easily fall it down to ground.

Popped in here with my father and grandmother for coffee and cake on a very grey December day. It was cosy, with tasteful decor and the cakes were excellent. However the service could have been better. There were maybe 7 staff in though the cafe was only half full and the takeaway hatch was not especially busy. Despite this the staff looked pretty fedup, no attempt at a warm welcome as such and though it appeared to be table service, the staff seemed to stay back in the kitchen making their attention hard to attract after the initial order even for payment. At no point was there any "check back". As a full time waitress myself I felt it was disappointing in what is a promising venue with a lovely view.

Loved this place while on holiday from the States! I stayed at the Galway Bay Sea View apartments for ten days. Every morning I went to Coco's. The guy working there I think it was the owner, anticipated my order since I ordered a large dark roast every morning. That personal touch made me feel like a local.

We stayed in Salthill for a long weekend and visited Coco Cafe twice. First time was for breakfast which was excellent, service was good despite it been busy, however on our second visit it was not excellent, my food was good but both my wife and daughter found hairs in their sandwiches. We are also in business, not food but the service industry and mistakes happen and we can allow for them, it is how they are dealt with is the sign of a quality business. This is where Coco Cafe need to up their game, when my wife went to pay she was given 10% discount on the bill, poor considering neither my wife or daughter finished or nearly finished their food. Disappointing considering I enjoyed the food but my dining companies did not.

Visited @ 9am on rainy Tuesday morning, Fabulous food. We had the full Irish breakfast with a large pot of tea & proper large mug of coffee, with a jug of milk. Staff all very friendly and attended to us well. The toilets were cosy and clean, but could benefit from redecorating soon.

This place was packed from the moment we stepped in till we went out. Quick and smiley staff who are ready to give you recommendations. Unfortunately, the "large sausage roll" which I ordered wasn't large at all. It's medium at best. The sausage was cooked in/with the puff pastry which made it soggy. Other than this everything else was very nice.

I'm always shocked at the lack of toilet facilities in coffee shops. This was as bad as all the others. 1 toilet for 40+ customers is not adequate. However it was clean and the coffee was good. Next time I will try the neighboring coffee shop.

Food was overall tasty (they even charged me half the price of the bacon and eggs dish; perhaps because I asked them to omit the bacon). Staff were quite friendly and kind.
