S. M. G.We are here in 2019 before Covid. This time we were met by a foreign looking chap who asked us for our covid passport & id . This before you get a table which is perfect. We ordered 1 starter & 2 different mains . Starter gorgeous, both mains on the table together. Staff very friendly & helpful. The staff are young and maybe a little inexperienced as they lifted my plate as I was finished but my wife was still eating.
Food great , not to expensive. Friendly. Worth a visit .

D. m.Coffee is a good blend. Food is good. Quality. There's the bonus you can sit outside and enjoy the vast rockpools n geology of the Kilkee coastline, well behaved dogs allowed outside. A little on the pricey side, but great service and good real grub.

The interior is nice but lacks atmosphere and warmth of any sort. Desserts are the highlight of this restaurant as they are always beautiful. Worth a visit if you are in Kilkee but it won't be an overly memorable meal.

I have built a very strong connection with him. By naming him Bernard. (Not aware of his actual name) so I’m just asking what happend to him? Other wise very nice place and breathtaking location :)

B. H.Great location and views. Very popular cafe at the start of a breathtaking hiking trail. It looks out over the pollockholes and during the summer they put out tables and chairs- it can get busy and is usually bustling with families and seniors.

A.We had a beautiful week in Kilkee the weather was good for September we went for for a good walk along the cliffs the views are outstanding. The food is just a further reward. Generously portioned and fresh open crab sandwiches. Classic Irish coffee and delicious home baked cakes all went down well.and best of all they have gluten free bread. We will be back.

M. R.It has the best location ever. Stunning views! But the service here in the summer months is the worst ever. None of the staff have a clue. You order a coffee and cake and they give you a number to go outside to sit. You'd be lucky if you get it within 30 to 40 minutes! They seem to employ people with zero experience. Its dreadful. Best to get a take away and sit in the Pollockholes!

Best location in Kilkee..sit outside and watch the waves crash on George's Head across the bay and the people swimming in the natural sea pools known as the Pollock Holes or if you are feeling energetic go for a walk along the cliff top path, then come back for a relaxing coffee or drink at the cafe..you will have earned it!

After the long hike, I definitely wanted to try fish and chips, as I had never eaten it before! What can I say ..... it was delicious !!! :-) Also the cakes that a friend tried were amazing. Was soll ich sagen.....es war super lecker!!! :-) Auch die Kuchen die ein Freund probiert hatte waren sagenhaft. Von der großen Fensterfront oder der ebenfalls großen Terrasse kann man schön auf die Klippen, die Brandung und die Bucht von Kilkee schauen. Sehr malerische Aussicht passend zum Wild Atlantic Way.
Im Café bekommt man alles für einen kleinen Lunch oder eine nachmittägliche Kaffeepause. Wenn es voll ist, stimmt das Verhältnis Besucher zu Personal nicht mehr und es ist etwas trubelig.
