OMG called in this evening as we were passing through Kinsale, total enjoyed the fish & chips and what a great idea having a sharing box on offer.

Delicious fish and chips, went there twice two weeks ago. Its busy for good reasons. fish literally melts in your mouth. Got the small fish and chips both times and could hardly finish it there was so much, great value for €6. Lovely people who serve and will only go there in future. Made the mistake of recently going to a rival van because was in hurry (catch of the day had a very big queu and the other van had no customers). I now know why they had no customers, after being served by a rude woman who short changed me and had the greasiest worst fish and chips that i threw into the bin after one bite. I should have read the reviews first!

the fish is good a little bit unseen. the amount of fat left in the fryer is terrifying. the fish should be drained of fat, then put on paper and then put into the box. greetings

Excellent Dutch recipe fish The batter is made according to a Dutch recipe: tasty and crispy. No restaurant in Kinsale that I went to can beat this. The chips are delicious. Value for money with their great catch, served by friendly and efficient staff. Recommended by Dutchmanus.

Came here with my friend who is a local as he said it was the best F&C in the UK and Ireland and it was great. I love fish and chips and these were the best I have had in UK Ireland US and Australia. I had the kibbles which is a mix of the catch of the day. Fantastic. Could not understand the locals hanging around who my friend said were speaking English but the acted very friendly. I found out Cork has multiple accents that are hard to follow!
