Cosy Cafe is hands down always a very pleasant experience, to sit down with coffee and food for a break; or if you're in need of grabbing a takeaway coffee they always provide quick service. Highly recommend.

I had the special, it was spicy beef burrito. It was good, the service was nice. It has a few table outside where you can sit down and enjoy the sun.

Extremely hard to get a table and although they try to social distance it really didn't work. The staff seemed crazy busy and not happy. To be honest I wouldn't be happy working there myself. That aside the pancakes we got here where amazing.

In reply to the owner of the Cafe. I am disappointed by your attitude while I appreciate that you are operating in a difficult economic climate more so now than before. It is important to remember to communicate your level of commitment to potential customers rather than making them feel not welcome as without regular and new potential customers you cease to be. Sure you may have to close early but there is a right and wrong way of communicating this. My comments were not pointless and you should learn from same. Likewise your unnecessary comment about opening on a Sunday, traditionally in Ireland it was considered to be a day of rest. Lol

A nice little place to grab a tea or coffee if you need a refreshment. The food looks delicious, though I didn't get to try anything, and the staff took my order fairly promptly. The warm hospitality from my last visit was missing this time, although I don't expect much right after COVID. The person at the till would probably benefit from having a second person to make and deliver drink/pastry orders if more than two people are in a queue, especially if the phone starts ringing with more orders. I definitely plan to come back and try some of their baked goods, though.

Great food, tasty breakfast with great coffee. We had our small Yorkshire terrier with us and were prepared to order and eat outside. But the kind lady behind the the till brought us inside with our dog because it was very cold outside. I know where I'm going for breakfast for the rest of my stay in Kinsale.

I’ve always seen part of the Kinsale experience being about trying different restaurants/cafe’s. We went here for breakfast one morning and it really couldn’t have been better. I knew if I tried anywhere else I’d have regretted it. So we just kept going back to the cosy cafe. Such good food, very good value and really friendly service.
