Love the coffees and frosting,second to none, but never feel very welcome. Staff never very friendly. Sometimes feel like a burden on them.

Staff are kinda unfriendly. Drink was not good. I got a caramel frostino and there was not a single bit of caramel. NOT EVEN A DRIZZLE. I paid like 5 euro for a cup of cream that tasted like nothing. I feel like the staff don't put in much effort sometimes... can someone build a Starbucks in letterkenny please

This place is like an oasis in a concrete jungle. It has an Egyptian feel.. I like it. The coffee is the best in this town. The staff are wonderful the sweets are superb. I think that this place has raised coffee standards in Letterkenny. I know that some people choose this cafe because it's produce is superior.

Very kind staff that always deliver service with a smile, food is a bit pricey but very tasty. Look no further than your local Costa coffe. Big thanks to Mellisa and Eve for great customer service.

It was clean and warm and the drinks/food was well prepared but the bathroom area is a little run down and unkept. Also the staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. They got my order wrong twice on 2 different occasions and weren't pleased to be told so. The drinks are overpriced and unimpressive. You don't get very much time on the free wi-fi either. It's clean and cozy to hang out in but there's a lot of lovely bespoke coffee shops I'd rather go to.

Good if you go when it's not busy. The place is small though and quite popular, so when it gets busy the staff are so busy filling drinks orders that clearing tables sometimes gets left to the wayside. Pricey as well, but grand for an occasional treat.
