Florence is a really lovely and trendy spot! It's perfect for a quick coffee of a leisurely lunch. I stopped for brunch and had the most incredible avocado on sour dough toast with bacon, roasted tomatoes and chili flakes...for this dish alone I would go back time and time again! The staff are all really lovely and chatty. I really appreciate the friendly vibe as a lot of trendy/Instagram-able coffee shops are really cold and standoffish which is really off-putting. It's also nice to eat in a local business which also sells locally produced food and products like candles and soaps. I would sooner support a local business than another chain restaurant or coffee shop! I have a feeling this will be my go-to spot when visiting Letterkenny 👍

Lovely place, best cafe in Letterkenny possibly. Great coffee, food and staff. Only bugbear is the music (so so sad makes you want to cry into your coffee).
