M. A.We went there looking for a ‘real’ Hot chocolate with melted chocolate not the one with chocolate powder. We really loved it first time. The second time we tried Cookie Hot chocolate and Caramel Hot chocolate. I really loved the Caramel Hot chocolate which was a real sugar overlord. My wife loved the cookie hot chocolate. They also serve a complimentary chocolate along with the drink which also great if you wanna buy some chocolate. My kid loved the chocolate ice cream here.
M. n. s.I visited the cafe while shopping with my daughter. On arrival home we realised that we had left one of the bags in Butlers. I was so heartened by the response of the manager when I called the next day. Not only was he happy to post the bag to my home, he also included a sample of delicious Butlers chocolate in the package. This kind gesture has warmed my heart and I will most certainly be supporting this company again
E. H.Lovely selection of chocolates and coffees. Coffee comes with a sweet treat , very nice of them. Located in center of Crescent Shopping Mall I Limerick. Ample seating but it's always busy because the coffee and other hot drinks are so good !

P. A.Called in here on Thursday 14th September 2017 for something cool to drink, they told me they didn't serve soda drinks, so we opted for two iced teas.
The iced teas duly arrived and were beautifully presented, but when we tasted them they were sweet, and since neither of us takes sugar I inquired as to the contents.
There was a syrup in the iced teas, and I can't take sugar, but hadn't been aware that iced teas had syrup.
The teas were untouched, and I asked if they would change them for something unsweetened like a pot of plain black tea. At first they said no, and then I asked for the manager, I explained that I was totally unaware that iced tea would have syrup and if I had known, I would not have ordered it.
She without hesitation offered me a pot of plain tea, and brought us two complimentary chocolates as well, which I duly passed to two customers at the next table (as we weren't eating anything sweet at all) who were delighted with them.
A big thank you to the lovely lady who was in charge, and who made our first visit there very pleasant.
Lovely seating arrangement to people watch as you are seated drinking whatever takes your fancy there.
I.Best coffee around- superb depth and body, without being overpowering, beautiful smooth finish. Made complete by a complimentary Butler’s finest chocolate. You won’t beat that for value.
