E. B.Upon recently visiting this lovely cafe again I have decided to update my review to 5 stars. Had a lovely sandwich with some friends. I ordered a chai latte and the barista came down to explain the gorgeous pumpkin art she had done on the latter (which is very hard with oat milk) I was very impressed and it kind of made my day. Staff at till was very friendly too. They seemed to have updated their sweet treats section greatly since the dark days of covid take out only. Looking forward to coming back again soon
C. S.Honeycomb mocha is top notch, filling and creamy. Must try at this place. Wonderful atmosphere. Vaccine cards and IDs are checked at entrance.
M. R.Honey Mocha was the one of a kind I had in Esquires, friendly staff and Indoor and outdoor seating is available, some options are bit up on price but to be honest foods are delicious.
K. B.You definitely cannot go wrong coming here. The staff are just as great as the food. I haven’t had a nicer Mocha, smoothie, breakfast etc. was visiting family for the holidays and this became my daily walk into town for a quick grab or family sit down

Update New Year 21/22 ... still the best coffee in Ireland, also, possibly the best service anywhere. This place is going from strength to strength.

u.Lovely & cozy place for lunch or a coffee break. Friendly and welcoming staff, however the only downfall is that they do not split bills for customers, and somebody has to pay the entire bill, simply very inconvenient...first time hearing such thing.
In general, it's a great spot to visit.

L. K.Coffee was good and food tasty. But staff was rushing, mix-up with dishes, then left without cutlery, nobody noticed that I didn't have water... After asking one thing to be fixed (wrong order), you kind of don't want to bother asking again. It wasn't that busy, staff just needs to slow down.

J. C.I went into this cafe after a recommendation by a work colleague and I have now decided to stop purchasing from the expensive Costa and now taking my business to this brilliant cafe. I always get a lovely, creamy soya latte which is so tasty, served by very courteous staff and quick at serving it too!
It appears this cafe is getting busier and busier since they opened last year. I would encourage the management not to take this for granted, ensure a consistent quality service, cleanliness, good quality food, and keep the prices affordable without driving up prices because of increased custom of late. We’ll keep coming back and will continue recommending Esquires to eat and drink lovely coffee if this continues.

J. R.Staff are incredible and food is fantastic for what you pay. I love how welcome they always make you feel. They also cater for lactose free which is great and they never burn the soya milk. 100% recommend to everyone.

I went here for breakfast following the reviews of others on this site. Couldn't fault it. Shown to my table straight away (I went at 8:30 on Monday morning). Quick and efficient service - helpful and friendly.
Food arrived quickly and was excellent - full of flavours and you could taste the ingredients in my omelette, The bacon was heavenly! The portions are huge ! The Chai Latte was the best one i ever had !

They were so soft and creamy. It was a pleasant surprise.They serve the best mocha I’ve tasted in a long time ..

L. C.Always a great place, and super friendly staff. Best Chai Latte in Limerick , hands down. The food is also exceptional, and while perhaps slightly more expensive than other cafes, it is worth it! There is a reason why this place is always busy, even at 5.30p.m on a Tuesday .

V. R.Beautiful coffe and food, I had the baked ham & brie toastie the nicest toastie I've ever had!! Staff very polite and friendly my partner had triple decker which come with chips for 12.50 well worth the money and he was so full he couldn't even finish his chips 🤣 anyway well worth the trip in to eat, they do healthy options too and soup of the day and the nicest pancakes I've ever seen 5 star from me.
