Great outdoor seating by the river and friendly staff. The menu physically was a bit shabby (with scribbled out items) and there was a bit of a wait for my scone (which came without a napkin) but other than that the food was average, nothing special.

We went there for dinner and really enjoyed it. The Belgium waffle is amazing. I ordered the chicken cranberry on ciabatta bread and it was ok but the chicken needed more seasoning/flavor. I took a bite of my husband's waffle and it was incredible. One of my little ones had the lasagna and she loved it - ate the leftovers the next day. My oldest had the mango and beef sandwich & he said it was really really good. I had an Americano & it was spot on. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere of the place is fun.

We stopped here our last day in Limerick. What a fun little spot. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. I liked the ambience of the place and the friendly service. The place has potential, but lacks quality of service. Staff very friendly and amazing location overlooking Shannon River, but they didn't have basic things that are in the menu like croissants. Eggs were undercooked and toast served without butter. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, but the food has a lot to improve.

From America, we walked into a warm welcome after touring King Johns Castle. This weekday it wasn’t busy. Menu is extensive for a cafe. Great coffee and desserts! Highly recommend.

Had Belgian waffles with chocolate an cream an a pot of tea.... it was delish 2 big waffles very filling. The atmosphere was nice welcoming I had a nice view of the Shannon river, my daughter had lasagne and hot chocolate, it was gorgeous, we would go back again. 😊😊😊

Waited by a spunky lady who had been really patient with us. We told awhile to order and settled on their daily special of lasagne and chicken and cranberry sandwiches were immaculately prepared. Although the orders took a little longer than expected, it was worth the wait. The hot chocolate was also delicious. A must try for all who visits Limerick City.
