Have been using this establishment for well over 4 years now Commuting between newcastlewest and ballybunion. Well done to all Always a great feed. I'm still asked for my Covid Cert and can tell you that Covid protocol was always observed to the strictest standards whenever I had the pleasure of eating here. Would and do recommend to my friends and family. Staff are so friendly and helpful

From a US tourist perspective it is like a home town cafe or diner. Food was fresh and good, the service friendly and generally welcoming.

Stopped here after a long drive from Kerry with two tired and hungry young kids. The ladies running the place were lovely (my 5 yo always likes a complimentary cookie!) and the food was great and delivered quickly. Great that old traditional cafes like this are still going strong.

We stopped here for a quick lunch. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food received for lunch. My Irish Stew was flavorful and the potaties, parsnips, and carrots put the finishing touch on the meal. Loved reading the letter from the daughter and mother hanging on the wall--great Irish humor. Can't beat the waitresses either. Locals came by to chat with the staff.
