The manager is very rude not very accommodating we had our christening there spent alot of money and the service we hot just wasnt great and a few of our guests mentioned she was rude to them throughout the meal but the rest of the staff seemed lovely. We also stayed in a room upstairs the room was ok very basic and definitely not worth the price no even bath towels no stopper for the sink window hinge broken didnt seem clean . We didnt bother mentioning it to the manager as she was already rude . Definitely wouldnt hold an occasion there again or stay there

L. B.I never get tired of eating here. It's an ideal place to enjoy a hearty meal with family or even just to chill with friends over a milkshake or coffee. All the menus here are fab, from breakfast to lunch and dinner but I'm particularly impressed with the new brunch menu. Longford needed this type of dining experience desperately as brunch is so popular nowadays. And Davey has certainly stepped up to the mark on this. I would highly recommend the Korean Chicken Belgian Waffles. The desserts are always a lovely treat too no matter what your preference is. I've visited here numerous times and I can safely say the food or service has never disappointed.
C. C.Take 2 is so central. The staff and accommodation is excellent. The rooms are really warm with tea and coffee making facilities. They do not do breakfast but lunch instead. However, I couldn't avail of this so they let me have the same menu for an evening meal on night of my arrival. Restaurant beautiful and food excellent. There is all day car parking nearby for 2 euro. I highly recommend Take 2.

M. D.This restaurant has a really cool retro movie themed decor...cosy seating...friendly staff...really good menu options and the tastiest of food. I had the most delicious red pepper soup there today that I have ever tasted! Good value too...would definitely recommend at any time of the day..
M. N.A much needed friendly local restaurant which caters both lunch and evening meals. The decor is funky with a big focus on classic cinema, both in terms of the Marilyn-heavy murals and the silent/Golden Era movies running on screens, dotted around.
The menu is short, but good, with proper homemade-looking chips (fries) and condiments like red onion marmalade. The sticky-toffee pudding is especially nice.
It has a nice wine list and local beers.
Upgraded to five stars: I’ve been back lots of times since and have never had a bad meal and the staff are nice. Their cocktails are good too!
