Best of the best. I never get finer steak. All the side orders are best also. The staff is nice, helpfull, experienced. If anybody come to Ireland for visiting, must try this. Never forgetable. Nice family-friendly restaurant with a reasonably priced menu. Good comfort food. They offer daily specials, a kid's menu and also do a great breakfast (all day).

Stopped here for a light lunch break, found the menu more suited to someone seeking a full size meal. But the chef did make a sandwich for me. I must say their menu is impressive. Toilets are also clean.

Second time here since motorway opened and so impressed. Was here when pope in knock and restaurant was crazy busy that day. But the care and attention was so good that I decided this is my spot to stop on my travels when working. early veggie breakfast today brilliant. Please go and see for yourselves. Maggue

This is a busy spot. Ideal for stopping to break a journey. Plenty of space for families. Some staff were dour but the manageress was very friendly and helpful (and seemed to know everyone). The breakfast is OK and reasonably priced.

Always a solid option when you're on the road. Plenty of parking. Food is fast and filling. They do a Lot of covers per day so food is always fresh.

Lovely tasting food , restaurant very clean but one employee was putting more cutlery in its place and a fork fell on the ground and she picked it up and hardly wiped it but against her trousers and then put it back and then looked around to make sure nobody saw her do that but my family and I did

This wonderful restaurant has looked after coach loads of Pilgrims going to Knock Shrine for years (being about 1 hour from Knock). Giving them a lovely Full Irish Breakfast or what ever in record time. Partly counter service and tea or coffee is self sevice. Lovely friendly service. Newly updated with lovely clean toilet facilities. They provide a lovely home cooked dinner in the evening going home too. They've a good choice of buns and desserts too. They are open from 8am til 7pm so unfortunately we were too early for them this morning and had to do with a breakfast bun from next door. It's a must for us if we're going to Knock by coach or by car. I'm glad to say the new M17 hasn't made it too out of the way to visit. Only 3.5km up the Kilcolgan/Kiltiernan road which is off the M17 at junction 17. We were happy to avail of their services on our way home.

Friendly floor staff. Chef's could be more polite when serving food. Food is bland and over priced. Decor is also bland. It just seems that there is no more passion for the business anymore.

Family restaurant range of food with daily specials. All for a reasonable price. Petrol station is right beside the restaurant. Worth a visit and an exit ride from the motorway only 5 minutes drive.

Mother Hubbard's Kilcolgan is an oasis in the desert of south Galway. Home cooked food in a family friendly setting . Staff are excellent , helpful & kind. A special mention for Eva who cares about her job and her customers. When I return from travelling overseas, I know I'm home when I visit Mother Hubbard's Kilcolgan. 5*****
