b. m.Called yesterday April 30th on coach going and coming from knock shrine. The food was excellent for both the breakfast and dinner on way home. There was a coach load of people after arriving before us and another coach after us. The manager -spoke to us and told us we would have tables in a few minutes. He was so helpful and polite. The staff were really pleasant and helpful even though they were very busy. I could not believe what a positive experience we had as they were so busy. The staff seemed to get on well with the manager and one could almost feel the respect they had for one another. The dinner was beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue especially for bus tours. On our way out a young male member of staff opened the door for us and thanked us for our custom.
I felt the care and service came from the top down . We thanked the manager and told him the service was a credit to him and his staff.
