M. G. C.This place is an absolute gem! Staff are lovely and if you like coffee, this place is a must. Very knowledgeable staff and offering far more in the way of roasts, types of processing, single origin produce than any chain shop.

D. G.Great coffee and friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you’re in Maynooth and need a cup of coffee. They sell 3Fe coffee beans as well, which, although not my favourite (Imbibe Coffee Roasters are!) still makes a great cup. Prices are reasonable and it’s central location means you can still get to campus quickly as well as Carton House.

G. Q.If I could put into words how good the brewery is this review would never end. The quality of the coffee is above anything I've had before, you can see that the owners and staff are passionate about what they do and it shows in the work. The warm and inviting atmosphere of this quiet little cafe is overlooked by a lot of people, but over time it's built a great community of regulars, if you ever want to just learn something new or chat about anything, The Brewery is the spot for you.

C. V.I can't recommend this coffee shop and its people enough. The soup of the day yesterday was fantastic. So was the coffee, the hot chocolate and the teas of which there are several options. Best of all though was the help and advice we got from the two guys running the place, they couldn't have offered more help for us in our hour of need.
It's not a big fancy coffee shop but it has bags of charisma and seems to have a steady and loyal fanbase. If this is what you're looking for then this is the place for you. You won't regret it.
On leaving the shop today I mentioned I was going sightseeing in Dublin city centre and I got loads of great advice from not only the guys themselves but also a very helpful customer. Thank you.

Remember it is this type of place you do not pay for lights, paint or fancy furnitures. What you pay for is amazingly rosted and then brewed coffee.
