C. O.Lovely decor, reception and staff. Popped in for late lunch 4.30pm as a christmas treat. Very tasty and reasonably priced 2 course lunch x 4 adults including drinks €124.

P. R.I was extremely impressed with Lawlors today. I had read reviews about the food and the staff, but they surpassed my expectations. The staff were so helpful, so polite, friendly. Nothing felt like it was too much to ask. The food too was beyond expectations. The flavour, the presentation and the portion sizes were excellent. I will be back and very soon. Well done and keep up the good work.

Really v tasty, good meats and lovely mash, decent portions, came with lots of gravy and cranberry sauce. The cheesecake was devine. And Brusselsprouts which I love! Everything was a high standard, so well packed and piping hot. We have had a few disappointing carvery meals on click n collect, and tend to stick to burgers n Thai /Indian/Chinese but we will be ordering from Lawlor's again v soon. Best meal I had in ages really top notch.

Restaurant & bar spacious and well laid out for the Covid restrictions. Changed our room due to heating issue but were offered free cocktail for the inconvenience. We will be back.

We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and we were a little disappointed. It wasn't a clean as usual. Rooms were shabby. Maybe because of the building work or because no one staying in the hotel. Breakfast was fab the first morning and on the 2nd morning we ordered the same as the morning before and only got half? We never got milk and the couple who was with us were sitting at a different table never got toast even though it was asked for. We had to share between our tables and no tea and coffee facilities in the room even though other hotels are doing this. I can't see a reason for no tea and coffee facilities if your cleaning properly. We will be back out of loyalty as we have stayed here many times and were so well looked after. Hopefully just a one of as it was the first weekend it was open for visitors after lockdown.

The staff is always ready to help (and with all this covid situation, even more, with the new policies to keep guest and staff safe). The food at the restaurant is great (love the famous steak on the stone) and is greatly well located. New facilities will be amazing. Hope that they can install a gym in the near future

F. O.We needed to order some food for a small family occasion so tried the click and collect from Lawlors. Top notch! Some things just make your day and this was one of them. I had the salmon and it was great. Between us we had most of the items on the menu and there were lots of happy faces.

M. S.I only ate at the restaurant but the hotel looked nice and clean enough. Good place for eating or for something to drink. The staff was friendly and the food portions were quite large! Good vegetarian options as well. The dining place is quite big so there's plenty of room to sit and enjoy the fresh food. It's also centrally located and about a five minute walk (if that) from the main bus stops.
J. H.The hotel is undergoing a major upgrade during 2020, my review is of the hotel prior to this. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The bedroom was very big with an equally spacious bathroom. Our room didn't have air conditioning but did have an electric fan, which was most welcome. The hotel is doing everything required to comply with Covid regulations and guests can relax because of this. The restaurant is a large room with well spaced out seating and our meals were excellent, in particular, the breakfast. I'd highly recommend Lawlors to anyone.

Breakfast delicious and very fresh, room service was excellent. Stayed two nights and the staff were so accommodating, they deserve a special mention. H. H.Beautiful hotel, I didn't stay there but visited. The staff are nice and it is well decorated (looks fab). I did ask for a soy milk in my coffee and was told they only have full fat. Not the best in this day and age. I think they need to get with the times a bit more and cater to vegetarians and vegans but.

Ours was a little dark, so we asked for an additional lamp, which was delivered very quickly. The staff have been great and very friendly. The food is excellent. The atmosphere in the busy restaurant and the bars, is great. This is a very good, old school-type hotel. It has its own character and is very welcoming. Definitely recommended.

S.Pleasantly surprised, hadn't stayed before but wasn't expecting much as it's a 3 star but the hotel itself is really nice, the rooms are really nice and very big, private parking and a lovely bar and restaurant....no air-conditioning and the room was very warm but there was a fan in the room. Fabulous big bathroom and great rainfall shower.... the toiletries and the towels are typically basic but all in all great value and a very nice stay perfectly located in the centre of Naas.... we will definitely be returning!

M. B.We had an amazing click and collect meal this evening from Lalors. I had a Thai chicken curry which I give a 10/10 to. I’m a celiac and it is not easy to get good food. Great bottle of wine with our meal also- highly recommend dining at home with Lalors food.
There were five family meals in our house and not one complaint about anything.

D. S.We had a wedding to attend and this was one of the preferred options to stay. The team are very friendly and accommodating, WiFi is fantastic and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and huge!
The room was very warm due to no A/C. The in room telephone was broken and the TV signal did not work for most channels.
The breakfast was average and included fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread, cereal and traditional Irish breakfast options which were nice.
The hotel is old heritage and is stunning, would recommend staying!

a. d.Lovely lunch and great service. Very nice waitress offered to get me my lunch as I was feeding a baby and on my own. Spotlessly clean. And all the staff were smiling and chatty.
E. M.A confortable hotel with good beds. New underground parking was being built as I was there which is very handy, however no pedestrian ways were there yet and there's room for only one car to go up or down so it can be dangerous.
The hotel restaurant serves delicious food but is a bit pricey.

T. V.Loved this hotel. Found it on a last minute deal (5pm the same day!). Under €100 for a deluxe room which was enormous with 2 x super king beds, plus breakfast. Can't go wrong! Food in the main restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced considering the portion sizes.

Room was excellent! 3rd floor, very spacious. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed and had a secure internet connection so was able to work from the room. The bathroom was lovely! brilliant shower.
Included a safe, iron and ironing board, coffee's, tea's. They offer a laundry service.
Parking is free and the hotel is located in the village so everything in walking distance... great bookshop just over the road :-)
The staff are very friendly and helpful - the restaurant has a good menu and reasonable price, service in the restaurant is average and although there are many members of staff walking around (and standing around talking to each other) they aren't very tentative - they are however very friendly.
The Hotel has 3 good bars and loads of room so isn't overcrowded.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again

Because: Daily or Sunday lunches are excellent. I am always greeted. It is a place where I feel comfortable and welcomed. Currently the Hotel is under reinvention.

B. K.Friendly, helpful staff made it an enjoyable stay. Good value with ample breakfast. Room was enormous with two king size beds well equipped big bathroom shower and corner bath. Room Decor was a bit outdated however but clean.
P. N.Pit stop for food on the day. It was a very busy spot and the smell of food would make you hungry. We had lunch in the lounge and it was lovely. Hot and tasty. If your hungry its well worth the stop.
D. P.Very average. The coffee is not as bad as some but it tastes like it comes from a pushbutton machine (with photos of the type of coffee next to the button).

h. b.I'm very critical of food when I'm out i expect a very high standard and I have to say I got that in Lawlor's Hotel last Friday early evening. I had 2 starters 1 was the superfood salad with Prawns it was fabulous. Well done .

E. S.Birthday Lunch for my Brother . We met for lunch and it was lovely and very busy with Couples, Familys and us three. They had a hot and cold service. My sister-in-law and myself wanted a salad and my Brother had Soup and Brown Bread. It was excellent and i will not pass the next time i am in Naas. A resonable price and super staff .

Food was good but when I ordered a tea at the bar, the barman asked a server (barista) who was walking through the area for a tea and I overheard her say “you’ve got to be kidding” before she walked off to get it .... (if there are service or staffing issues these should not be voiced front of house)
I also asked a member of staff if there were more stools I could get and was told ‘no’ and the walked off.
Maybe it was just a bad or very busy day for everyone on the floor.
T. F.Loved this place. We received a very friendly welcome by the reception staff, who where amazing throughout our stay. The room (a suite) was really good, nice and big, although the decoration/furniture seemed a bit dated (but not worn) - the bathroom was quite modern, though. The hotel really seems to be the center of entertainment in the area for the 30+ audience. The restaurant was quite busy on the Saturday evening, but the staff was very efficient and attentive, and we received a table and our food (Steak on a Stone) without delay. We had a drink in the hotel bar afterwards, where there was also a live pianist. We arrived back from an event at Goffs late on Sunday evening, and even then there were people at the bar and a live musician playing. If I ever need to go to Naas again, I'll be sure to stay at Lawlors again.
A. B.Book the suite. It is huge. They let us check in early and late for no extra charge. Room is comfortable. TV could be larger. Noise off the street was a little much but overall the hotel was nice.

C. A. (.Lawlor's hotel in Naas has been a landmark establishment for generations. In its current form it is not only a high quality hotel but also has a lively bar and good quality restaurant
Added to this is the Random Inn bar with its own atmosphere and the beer garden which is great in summer time. It is currently being extended and in addition to having more hotel rooms it will have its own parking.

A. P. P. a. A.I have stayed in Lawlors Hotel once before and I loved it each time. Its a friendly place and everyone smiles and are polite. There is no leisure center, so if that is your thing then you may miss out here, but if you want a nice, clean, large room, good food, value for money, entertainment and its position right at the start of the main Street then this hotel is for you. Nass town has plenty of pubs, restaurants and fast food outlets. It has the canal right as the back of the main street and at the top of the town there are two lakes teaming with wildlife. If you like to take photos of your break then you will find plenty to catch your eye here. And Lawlors Hotel is the perfect resting place after all your activities. Enjoy

Came in after work to have a steak on the stone.
Firstly the stones were not hot enough as half way through my steak the stone would no longer cook it no matter how thin i cut the steak. My fries were cold and soggy. The staff apparently could not take a food order and drink order at the same time and we had to wait quite some time for the drinks and food to arrive. Its also quite dark. I've had S.o.a.S in other establishments so i am aware of how it should be. And finally for a fillet it had fat throughout the cut. I hate writing bad reviews sorry.

It was a great occasion for us all and made all the more memorable by a really attentive and helpful staff.
Great facilities, food & drink and comfortable accommodation and all at a good price.
Here's hoping that in 2019, No.14 Platoon Army Apprentice School hold their 50th anniversary reunion at this venue.
