Update on previous 3 star review. Place has really changed for the better. The staff are still super nice and helpful like before however the food and service has now come way up since my last time. It is my new favourite place for breakfast or lunch.

Visited here recently after a long time and didn't know what to expect. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised, the place and nicely decorated and, more importantly, clean. We went for breakfast, so can't comment on the rest of the menu. There was a good selection of traditional breakfast dishes, from tea/coffee with toast to full Irish breakfast with all the usual items and some of vegetarian options. We both went for the 'full Irish' and were impressed with the presentation and the pleasant service given by the waitress. We were offered refills of our tea and coffee and asked if we were happy with our food. The price was reasonable and marginally below it's local competitors and was good value for money.

Nice spot for a quick bite or coffee after visiting the Castle. The hotel just outside the Castle seemed a bit too fancy and Rosemary Café offered a comfy and warm place with fair prices.
