Very tasty food - some bits a bit on the pricey side but final product is packed with flavour. Highly recommend the Breakfast Paleo smoothie. Also does all day breakfast menu in case you're up and about late. Impressive selection of desserts on display - took all my strength to pass that temptation.

Of course you can get your hot lunches and dinners here,but personally I come in for the delicious coffees and amazing desserts. And they are decent portion sizes! I believe there are vegan options too, but for the carnivores there's plenty to choose from. Wide selection of pies, bakes,tarts,cakes and muffins to take away too. Reasonably priced.

Nutshell is a great business providing quality coffee and food. Phillip, Patsy and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a bite to eat in New Ross Town.

Food was ok cant go wrong really with breakfast wasnt bothered too much about toast mix up but it was musical tables there at least 5 tables were moved, to suit arriving quests it was hilarious never seen likes of it before not 1 but 5 you need to put space between your big table in middle The waitress was new but very pleasant girl we were facing straight at chef very calm organised kitchen

This is a great shop and cafe. Now straight off the bat I will say it's a tad on the expensive side, but what you get for your money is quality so no complaints there. Staff are always polite, friendly and more than willing to help you out. They won't sell you something for the sake of it. If you're parting with your hard earned cash it's because you are getting exactly what you needed when you came in. The food is delicious, service quick and exact so if you're in Ross pop in you won't be disappointed.

The food here is nice and there are some great vegetarian options...not always easy to come by in New Ross, however the prices for some items are ridiculously expensive. The soup of the day seems reasonable at 4.95euro.. but I would describe the serving size more akin to a cup....a slice of brown bread is not included so add that on and its nearly 7 euro! And 15.95 for a veggie burger? Cant fault the service though, all the wait staff are lovely.

Always a pleasure getting a NICE cup of coffee from here. (I genuinely drive 20 minutes to get one when visiting home). The tasty lunches with large variation of choice on the menu shows they are always willing to please all type of foodies out there. The staff are friendly, In a nutshell... I highly recommend

It's been quiet a while since we were last here,but the breakfast was as good as we remembered. It may be a little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. I would recommend Cafe Nutshell over and over and over again. The staff are polite, the café is extremely clean and the shop at the front with all its selected teas, coffee's and all its healthy foods and beauty products and potions are all natural products. Well worth visiting.

Nice food, but very expensive for I got. I ordered the Pate. It was lovely and tasty. The side salad wasn't great and very small. I had to order a portion of chips with it. I also had tea. I got charged Eur 20.40. Breakdown €13.95 for Pate, €3.95 for chips and €2.50 for tea. Very expensive.

Service us 5star. Food is good but portions are too big. Give less charge less. Had fish o f the day which was 3 large portions of Cod. Also had pasta which was very rich but soured a bit by the sundried tomato. Brown bread is delicious.

A take away, luscious millionaire shortbread (caramel slice) and a heavenly baked brownie made its way from Wexford to Ennis to my Cork tummy. I was blown away with the taste and texture. I wanted more but alas I don't live close enough..definitely the best dessert ever!
