S. L.Absolutely worth it to go. Food was delicious, not overcooked, moist and juicy, salad so fresh and healthy. We had fried codfish chicken nuggets with salad and chips. Quality is high. Portions worth of money even more. Owners are Irish very polite and friendly. I Will go again if I my journey leads to this location.

B. M.Hit the spot on many levels. While having the car repaired in Quinn's Motors I took a stroll into Castlecomer where I came upon the Lime Tree cafe. We sat outside with a coffee, chicken Ciabatta and salad. Coffee was good, ciabatta and salad were fresh. Everything tasted just perfect. The owner was friendly and courteous, even the sun was out. A very nice stop.

Anna makes her own veggie sausages and they are the star of the breakfast..would set you up for the day. Not to be missed. Staff very friendly and professional. A really nice place to meet up and enjoy good food.

Food quality is always excellent with a variety of daily specials. Their salads in particular offer great variety of produce.

L. O. R.This lovely Bistro/Coffee style eatery in the center of Castlecomer is well worth a visit. Nice decor, staff, and with a really good menu. Food and presentation was very good and the value for money was also very good. It is also only a lovely 5 minute walk from the activity park which is a wonderful nature park with plenty of activity for all the family.
J. M.Delicious food. Each course was delectable! I would highly recommend it for the food. The staff were extremely helpful, ensuring that all our need were catered too. The was a small problem with the heating, it was quite cold and by the end of it, I had goosebumps on my arms.
Other than that, it's definitely a place you should go to for a bite to eat if you're in Castlecomer!
J. W.Visited the Limetree Bistro for a nice simple lunch and that's exactly what we got when we ordered the cheeseburger and chicken burger.
Everything was reasonably priced, came out quickly and was laid out in a simple no-fuss manner.
The burgers were really fresh and weren't the most gourmet burgers we'd every had but they definitely hit the spot. Portions were maybe a little small for dinner but were perfect for lunch.

m. t.Evan and Anna Stewart were formerly serving up at the Discovery Park in Castlecomer. They now are very successful in the Lime Tree. All sorts of daily Specials including vegetarian dishes freshly made,gluten free offers,plenty of home baked treats. Sweeeter and healthier options available. Evan and his staff are very attentive from the beginning,whether you have only a cup of tea and scone or the full meal. Children and elderly as well as disabled are very welcome. Small ramp at the entrance,toilets clean ,disabled with plenty of space for wheelchairs. Enough handbars. To the back and outside homely benches and tables. Not only for smokers. Prices moderate,good tasty food . You wouldn't leave hungry.

a. w.Stopped in for breakfast but seeing that it was almost 11.30 I asked if I could have something off the sandwiche menu, the waitress said yes that's no problem so I had the Toasted vegetarian ciabatta sandwich with side salad, all I can say is it was simply delicious 10/10 for food and service, also its impeccably clean and beautifully decorated
