Excellent range of products and knowledgeable staff. The organic food is lovely too and they have some great healthy smoothies. Check out their Therapy centre upstairs too.

Love this store. Some things can be pricey but overall that have good quality items and staff is knowledgeable about what they sell. I bought fish oil that were expired and they graciously mailed me some new ones! Great customer service :)

This treatment center/cafe/wholesome food shop manages to pack most of the essentials into a very small and inviting space. They have a good selection of natural skin care, supplements, pantry staples and treats. They also sell a small amount of quality fruit and vegetables.

Lovely shop, great location has everything if a tad expensive. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Therapists are very good here and do their best to fit you in on their busy schedules. I am a regular!
