M. P.Excellent range of products and knowledgeable staff. The organic food is lovely too and they have some great healthy smoothies. Check out their Therapy centre upstairs too.

I bought fish oil that were expired and they graciously mailed me some new ones! Great customer service :)

f.This treatment center/cafe/wholesome food shop manages to pack most of the essentials into a very small and inviting space. They have a good selection of natural skin care, supplements, pantry staples and treats. They also sell a small amount of quality fruit and vegetables.

Therapists are very good here and do their best to fit you in on their busy schedules. I am a regular!
