j. W.Was there this morning doe the first time. I got a soya latte with a quarter shot and two sugars. Perfect temp, perfect taste. Server with two hair colours was just lovely. Will be going back again no problem.
B. O. S.Ordered at drive through in Tralee. Nicest lady took our order. She took time to help children with allergies to find a drink to suit their needs. She didn't make them feel like nuisances like some places do. Staff taking payment and serving drinks equally as nice and took great care to ensure each child got the correct drink. We'll be back!

D. S.Just from my first initial impressions as I had never been in this Starbucks before.
The queue was very long time wise despite having 5-6 different baristas working, not just for inside but the drive-thru also (I had noticed on their screen some poor soul had been waiting over 12-14 minutes for their coffee!). When I eventually got round to ordering, I asked for a medium blonde latte with whole milk, and a blonde iced latte with skimmed milk for my missus with vanilla. It took them a little while to get round to making our drinks, roughly 6 minute wait, and they got our order wrong. Instead I got oat milk when I asked for full fat/whole/blue, and when requesting vanilla for the iced latte I asked for double but only got one.
Overall first impressions, I wasn’t at all impressed. I’ve had better service in more busy city stores in Dublin & Cork, but it wasn’t the worst.

⚠️ Social distancing: Possible, but sometimes may get over crowded in queue, may have to queue outside. Sit in available with some tables closed. Face covering recommended.
✅ Hand sanitiser: Available in queue and anti-bacterial wipes available at collection area.
✅ Order/collection point: Barriers and staff face coverings in place to minimise close contact.
C. K.I was served by someone named Manda in the drive through she was so bubbly and patient with me when I was trying to order as I’ve never been through a drive thru before or even been to Starbucks. Will definitely be back again

I.The coffee is really good, especially frappucinos, only 2 things, the drive thru line can be very long at times, and I am waiting for it to open for dine-in. Otherwise, it's great.
