The menu is good for the health conscious with a selection of salads, sandwiches using healthy ingredients. The coffee is lovely and they have a selection of juices to choose from too. Good spot for a lunch and price point is good. Outdoor seating available but limited.

Mixed Feelings... Went with friend for lunch, waitress was sullen and to be honest almost pre-programmed we had 2 of thier hot sandwiches... Nothing special for the price I felt a few leaves on the plate would have made it more colourful. For desert I was told to go to the counter and see what was there. I went to pay and was told I'd have to pay at the kiosk outside the door, that was delivered almost as an exasperated sigh. Honestly... I'd skip the it of I was around the area again... Mainly based on the human interactions

Leaf and Bean Café is a really relaxing café with lots of healthy choices. It is great to eat healthy and at the same time being very tasty. I had the chicken salad and a Berry smoothie and it gives you a great boost. On another day I had pancakes with berries and Greek yogurt a fab treat and not too high on the calories 😊🖒. Great to be able to go to cafe but be healty.

Cafe in Tuam town, choose it because of good rating on Google. It was lunch hour when we arrived and very busy but the manager was able to seat us anyway. Ordered a couple if Cappacinos which were great. The food was not what we expected so we returned it. The staff were professional and courteous.

I found this cafe completely by accident in the corner of the SuperValu carpark after meeting a friend nearby to do some shopping, and I'm so glad I decided to venture in. Fab, healthy and delicious food at a great price (I had the Meze plate)

We are a family of 6 (kids 14-8) who ate here for first time today and all cleared our plates and happy out. Smoothies were v popular and lovely presented. Coffee was top class too. We had the pancakes and omelettes and each ‘critic’ awarded 5 stars! We sat outside and enjoyed the company of the lovely proprietor who does a great job taking full responsibility for Covid standards in this very clean well run cafe. Parking was a breeze also, right outside the front door. Good value for money. We’ll be back if stopping in Tuam again.

Homemade soups are amazing always!!! As is their homemade bread!!! All their food is always fresh, tasty and plenty of it, good clean ingredients, warm and comfortable atmosphere with lovely friendly staff. Very reasonable prices, but seating can be limited at lunchtime so be prepared for a short wait, but it's well worth it

Superb pulled beef brisket in Blaa for lunch here today. This small restaurant is well worth searching for even if it is a little off the beaten track. Found this place following asking a local for a good place to eat. Reasonablely priced as well.
