I went to Galway as it's my fav City in Ireland and I decided to have breakfast over there. It's very hard to find a cafe that makes a proper French Toast that I like and this one did it! All the staffs very friendly and the food is the best! I will definitely come back once I go to Galway again!

Exceptional!!! Best coffee for many a mile. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. I do work some as a barista and I know a thing or two about coffee. Great stuff here. I will go out of my way to have a cuppa at Galway Roast. Nothing like freshly roasted beans to preserve health benefits and taste from the volatile compounds. I understand their beans are freshly roasted every day. Deserves 6-stars ☕
