S. F.Aug 9th 2021. Absolutely loved our time in Activate today. Dean ,our instructor for the wall climbing was just brilliant. Handled the safety and instructions with fun and great humour. All staff very professional and welcoming. Will definitely visit again. Cleanliness of the centre was excellent too.

D. L.I've only been to the children's playzone with my kids. It's a great spot where they ca rub around in relative safety for hours and they have a selection of food and drinks to eat while there.
I have seen the bowling, laser tag, and climbing wall on my way in and they look top notch.
M. C.Went in to Activate on Saturday 22 Feb. hoping that some of the activities were available for my 3 grandchildren. It was very very busy but Bernard managed to get them a place for the climbing wall which they really enjoyed and are still talking about and can't wait to come back. Service - EXCELLENT!

L. H.Great activity centre for the children! Adults too 😊 the wall climbing is extremely enjoyable but you have to book an induction session before you can use the facility as they need to make sure that you know the basics.
You also have a seating area with a cafe that has a lovely view of the place and can keep an eye on the kids.
You also have a few bowling lanes available and they are quite reasonably priced.
Upstairs you have an entertainment room as well. All in all its pretty easy to get to and a bit of good fun.

F.Great place to go with children but place is missing staff who would control the playground. often older kids go inside where smaller children supposed to be and they just climbing over everything risk to fall themselves or on younger kids. The parents themselves can't have control over this. And for the end it wouldn't hurt to invest in new toys or mat's in small children area.
A. M.Great place to visit Santa at Christmas time with your family. Soft padded area for kids both big and small. Bowling lanes good vale. Nice food and drink. Good location and friendly staff. Can book for kids party's. Tea and coffee is good. Best place in Waterford for kids on a wet day.

C. W.10th birthday party there today, staff were helpful, friendly and brilliant with the kids, climbing wall was a big winner, food was well above average for this kind of event particularly the pizza, place was spotless. I don't think we'll wait for another birthday before visiting again.
A. B.Tried wall climbing taster today and thoroughly enjoyed. Met a lovely lady unfortunately cannot remember her name but she coached us through the induction and got me over my fear of heights. Signed up for membership so cannot wait to return :)
B. E.There are a lot of things to do, unfortunately most weren't on when we arrived and no food or coffee was available (we came bank holiday monday at around 5:30pm).
The bowling was good fun (and the interface quite modern). We also enjoyed the crazy golf.
We would have played the lazer tag and done the roller skating if it was on. The climbing required an induction so we passed on that.
Make sure you book ahead or come on the weekend.
A. C.My little 4 years old loves it!! We were in today and just to say one of your staff went above his work to recomend activities to do around Waterford for my 4yo as we just moved and we are not familiar with the area. We will be back for sure.
S. C.Really nice place to bring the kids with the new renovation. You can have a nice coffee or pot of tea with friends will the kids play in the soft play and the food is OK aswell if not a little bit over priced but it's OK as a treat
v. l.Great place for the kids with so much activitied going on. Soft play area. 10 pin bowling and lazer tag type games available also. Not too expensive and decent food available on their menu
F. O. B.Good toys but staff are not very attentive. Children were being rough in the under 1's area and the staff did nothing. There was kids up to 4 years in the under 1's.
T. L.My family and I had a great time. We did bowling and crazy golf. The golf was boring this needs lift. It was a darkroom with no bit of colour or life to it.

The childrens drinks, then the manager (he had no hair) any way himself, and members of staff went to the birithday girl table. Was being cleared, drinks,. It was thay were cleaning for a other party. No other party. I am disappointed with partyzon whaterd. Never would book them. Has anyone had the same thing to a there chidrine

Where do I start, well I should start by saying It has the only Bowling Alley in Waterford that I know of anyway, overall It's great sometimes the Software kinda freaks out and glitches a little also don't do what me and my friends did and get the Bowling Ball stuck in the gutter It's really embarrassing. So the Bowling get's my thumbs up of Approval.
The Laser Tag is so much fun don't even get me started sure It's just a scaled down version of LaserBlast in Tramore but I still have so much fun and instead of that big chunky armour you shoot the gun instead so it just is nicer to do personally.
The Mini Golf is actually depressing. I know it's just for the small kids but why include it if it's pointless. We got it for free because the Laser Tag got delayed. So the holes are short and super easy and clearly they didn't care enough about it.
I didn't do the climbing wall yet but it looks pretty complicated so if your into that stuff give it a try and let me know please. I also didn't do the Rollerskating Rink yet so it also looks depressing but I can't say anything yet because I didn't do it.
Now this part is going off when I was a young boy. I used to go to the Kidzone part of it and from what I renember It's a really fun place for those little kids of yours to run around.
The last thing I wanna say the Logo is kinda ironic being that it has a guy sitting on a recliner drinking a hot drink but underneath it says ACTIVATE. So being active it sitting down apparently?

M. M.Its a bit tight around the bowling area especially for groups. I was was there with my partner and it seemed tight with just two of us! Single file up and down to take shots. At the end it felt like €28 was expensive for the hour.

In addition to a large climbing castle, there are also a few bowling alleys and mini golf at a fair price.
When bowling / you can / do not borrow shoes, so just come in comfortable sneakers.
The staff is very friendly. The food was ok, but only for the small hunger.

Neben einer großen Kletterburg gibt es hier auch ein paar Bowlingbahnen und Minigolf zum fairen Preis.
Beim Bowlen muss/kann man sich keine Schuhe leihen, deshalb einfach gleich in bequemen Turnschuhen kommen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ok, aber nur was für den kleinen Hunger.
