my favorite place. Wherever I go in Ireland, I first look for the location of Caffè Nero. waterford branch is my favourite, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Especially the dark-haired lady should be Cara. I'm not talented in names, but I would like to thank this lady especially for her smiling face and helping people ☺️

Great find on a bank holiday Monday.Sat outside in the sun while we waited for Bishops Palace to open .Enjoyed some fresh pateries and felt we were on the continent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The table, chairs etc are all very clean with staff promptly cleaning down tables after each use. There is lots of space with the tables well spaced out. The coffee is very nice and the frappes are tasty. There is a decent menu with plenty of choices.

These guys are just doing a great job and keeping a really genuine friendly and cheerful (but not cloyingly so) attitude. The coffee is spot on and the environment in the cafe is really pleasant whilst adhering to all of the necessary covid related regulations. Couldn't be better 👍😁👍

Cappuccino and coffee plus bar of chocolate was lovely, as was the two young ladies working there, it was about five thirty. We heard a man shouting to one of the ladies that he wouldn't be back to look at her contrary face, she was cleaning up and removing rubbish, I asked her was he joking with her, she replied no he wasn't. He had a young child with him, thank God the child didn't understand,but the child was running around the cafe unsupervised. Before he left he told the young lady she should get a job on line. What an obnoxious attention seeking idiot, full of his own importance.

Good coffee, friendly service, and if you go in a sunny day you can enjoy it coming through the window. The decoration is lovely and the prices ok. I will come more often with my girlfriend.

Excellent staff and amazingly Dog Friendly which is rare in Waterford. The staff recommended a Pannatoni for me and they said it was best toasted. So I tried it and it was really good. There is a loyalty card and an app which does the same thing. Because they are dog friendly they will be getting a lot more business from us. (Let that be a lesson to other businesses who lose out because they are not)

Lovely cafe, I’ve been here many times, a good coffee and an assorted choice of pastries, lovely atmosphere, lots of books to read and a cozy sofà. Also a piano to deal with your favorite tune.

Lovely cafe, apart from one female staff member, blonde, who has no idea how to be polite and obviously does not enjoy her job. Staff now are very friendly and polite and welcoming. it's sometimes over run with college students with one of them buying a drink and 4 or 5 sitting there with laptops open . that should be stopped

so, Nero coffee..its a great location, well done interior design, lighting and furniture..very well organised space, pleasure to be there..but coffee, a vit bitter and not so nice..as 20y experience in coffee drinking - serving - having my coffee bar too, I can say that..and a bit overpriced, but thats just sale market..noticed pricelist changed as well..it is very nice place to come and be there bit coffeevise could be much much better as they say its Italian..had much better in Croatia, Bosnia..

Loved it. Any place that uses old books as decoration gets top marks from me. It creates just the kind of atmosphere is enjoy. But I must be odd, because I always seem to be the only person interested in them.
