Lovely place ran by a very helpful couple, the breakfast was great and the location is ideal as it's only a small scenic walk into the town

This was a nice relaxing place to stay. Loved our room. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. The hosts were such kind people and their breakfast is great. They have wonderful homemade bread - best we had on our trip through Ireland. Had a view of the garden that a cute cat would walk through occasionally. Lovely people. Nice location. It's 15 minutes from Waterford, but staying by the shore is always nice.

Maria and Neil are such awesome people. Very welcoming, breakfast surpassed our expectations and was delicious, the B&B house was beautifully decorated and the rooms were very comfortable. We highly recommend booking a room with this B & B. Belinda and Rich Fryer

A lovely B&B with lovely hosts. Room was beautifully appointed and perfectly clean. Bathroom was tiny but nice. All the house is kept in nice condition and there's a large sitting room where you can relax. Not in the middle of the town but within a walking distance. Quiet environment. Just in the corner there's a nice promenade with nice views of the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. Credit card payment is accepted which is a nice touch.

Absolutely lovely bed and breakfast! Wonderful people and rooms. We got the upstairs room which had a gorgeous view. Breakfast was exceptional, the home was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable room, with lovely welcoming hosts. Parking available, WiFi, en suite shower and we even had a small private porch/balcony. Perfectly satisfying hot breakfast with decent coffee and juice. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back.

Marie and Neil couldn't be more accommodating at Cloneen House. Short notice booking, family room, spotless clean, a short walk into town and advice on where to visit was no problem to them, Neil even ironed my shirt for me!!!! Brilliant brekkie menu, all served fresh and scrumptious and very, very well priced.

Beautiful as the views at the end of the street of the Atlantic Ocean and Tramore Bay. The owners are delightful people. One of the best places I have stayed at here in Ireland.

Excellent clean and spacious B&B with tastefully furnished rooms. The owners were very kind. A few steps away is a panoramic point overlooking the sea. Extremely quiet and located on the hill above the town which however offers very little. King size beds. Excellent breakfast. We had a very good time!

Here you fill up like you're in a 4 star hotel! Quiet rooms, large shower and fantastic breakfast. You can put this together beforehand and enjoy it the next morning. The landlord couple also has a few tips for the onward journey and the surrounding area.
