The drinks are good, especially their seasonal ones. The staff were very nice. The upstairs seating are is cozy, it feels intimate and private while also being open.

Staff are competent and generally well trained and have a nice approachable attitude. The cafe itself is tastefully decored utilising the small space on the ground floor with extra seating upstairs which is monitored all the times for the customers security and the coffee is quite good with tasty edibles galore. Not cheap though as the quality of the produce is reflected in price and this is due to the city centre location and intense competition from across the square with other cafes. However its a very good cafe if you are like me and is fond of a coffee of a sunny summer morning.

Great coffee shop. Excellent Lattes and much more. Clean store, friendly staff, nice clean restrooms. Comfortable and stylish cafe shop to relax in, meet a friend, or just pop in for a quick cup of coffee. Really nice place.

Lovely coffee and the staff are good craic. Yes seating is tight, but its well laid out considering the space they have to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Wasn't mad on this place. Very dated decor. Cramped seating down stairs and a long climb upstairs particularly carrying a tray. The staff member did offer to carry the tray. Upstairs is dreary and dull. No return visit there

Very comfortable and cozy place located on one of the main streets of Waterfor, it must be emphasized that the atmosphere makes you feel as if you were at home warm but at the same time the prices are very very expensive. The staff at the store is very attentive and professional and the products are of quality at their price, I think.
