My thanks to Peter and his team for dealing with my complaint effectively and in an understandable manner. After I got my replacement parts myself - they graciously offered to replace the final component for me for free and dispose of the faulty PSU for free. Updating my review to 3 stars to reflect the efforts that they went to to deal with my complaint and support installation.

Feedback on the products and service. 1 star. Unprofessional customer service and misrepresentation of the product and quality being sold.
Below is why:
PC Purchase:
Pros:
1. Good choice in case, processor and ram with decent build quality in how it was put together.
Cons:
1. Really cheap PSU - power supply unit from China that can be bought for less than 35 euros, this is a risk for your components and if you put a mid to high-range graphics card into it. Had to replace the power cord as well to stop the power fluctuations.
2. Windows 10 and office was part of the cost of this PC but provided me with no licence key for either use with the machine. Turned out they used a volume licence attached to their organisation (this is not retail or OEM legal Windows licence) - this is not retrievable if you must reinstall windows as I had to when I installed a separate m.2 drive that I had. They originally told me that I can reuse the windows licence and that it was standard.
I did keep the Machine though since I needed it for work and could not get an alternative in time. This I accept as my decision.
As a follow - I contacted them several times since the purchase in December 2020 to ask about the case specs suiting some upgrades that I have picked out online and they kept saying they would contact me the next day. 4 weeks later - still no feedback and the items i had found online for upgrade have gone out of stock.
While | understand the current circumstances involved with COVID-19, I feel that they could at least have been honest and said that they couldn’t help instead of leading me on for 4 weeks when I could have found an alternative shop to help me out.
Anyways - this is my review and reasons for 1 star.
