H.In today with a probably silly novice problem 😅 having recently moved my office around and decorated I couldn't get my wireless keyboard to work again 😱And yes had changed batteries , had relocated dongle , all the usual possible problems ... spoke to John on the phone who gave me a few tips but still to no avail..so ran into shop ( Very safe ) ! with keyboard, mouse and dongle , can't exactly tell you what he did but it was quick and resulted in a working model again x Thanks so much John !!
