Five stars is not enough! Fantastic 24hr service on Laptop with HDD failure.........completely replicating everything.....so on start-up post 'operation' it was identical to the pre HDD failure and straight into action. What's more, service included collect and return. Great communication; very competitive. Don't even think about it - go for it!

During 2020, I had been getting very poor performance from my internet in my rambling Victorian house. I chose Computer Ambulance rather blindly as there doesn't seem to be much on offer. However, I'm delighted with the response. First they sent Colin who wired my house appropriately and more importantly invisibly. Then came Rob who installed 4 wifi points throughout my house. The result is neat and professional and the throughput at 90+ Mbps is all I hoped for. Rob ensured that everything I connect to worked seamlessly. I can move throughout the house, without worrying about changes of network. Highly recommended.

I got a new home system and was assured it was "plug & play" - it wasn't! I phoned Rob who told me I would have someone to my home within the hour. Anish arrived about 20 minutes later. We called Computer Ambulance because our computer failed just as we had an important deadline to meet. Rob facilitated us by calling at short notice. He discovered that the hard drive on our computer was on the way out and was able to recover the information from this and install it on a new hard drive. He then put the new hard drive into our computer. Everything is working fine now. He was a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend Computer Ambulance. AMAZING SERVICE! My 8 year old iMac was getting progressively worse and after doing a few checks myself I realised that it was either a hard drive problem or a Logic Board one and that I needed professional help. Computer Ambulance advised me immediately on which other test to do to narrow down the problem, which turned out to be a faulty hard drive. Rob advised me on the different options I could go for and collected the computer the very next day. Within 2 working days I had my iMac back, in pristine condition, purring like a kitten and with a lot more memory than I had before. Many thanks to Robert for fixing a ludicrous problem in trying to re setup gmail where all others failed. A dialogue box repeatedly stated " username or password is wrong" which it wasn't. The solution is a security problem where "2 step verification " just needed to be turned off. Michael
