Jake the technician saved my bacon! I have a Macbook Pro which wasn't turning on - in the same week where I was due to send important casting tapes over to the BBC and no backup laptop so as you can imagine, the stress was high! Jake was super calm over the phone, I drove from Sligo and brought it in the next morning and within an hour and a half had it back in my hands good as brand new! I couldn't believe it, I really thought it wasn't going to ever turn on again. Jake made the whole situation less stressful and the casting tapes were sent on time. Thanks so much guys - you really made a hellish situation a lot easier to deal with. I'll be recommending our whole broadcast team comes to you if they ever have any tech issues - professional or personal.

My iPhone 12 Pro started having problems and I was referred to Compu B, through Apple. I couldn’t fault my experience in any way, from once I walked in the door I was greeted in a lovely manner by Ollie, who dealt with my phone and kept me updated with what was going on and when I would have my phone back. I would never go to any other phone shop if I ever had problems with my phone again or even my apple products overall. Would 100% recommend!! Thank you so much for dealing with my phone brilliantly and keeping me up to date.

Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with my Macbook Pro two weeks ago and I got in contact with Compu B in Galway. I contacted the store to see if they would be able to assist me. From my experience of the store and the staff members there, particularly Ollie. I can easily say that it was nothing short of superb. I would highly recommend from my experience.

Very friendly, understanding, patient and helpful staff! Excellent and lightning fast repair service! I brought my iPhone in for repair on Monday afternoon. I got messaged on Tuesday that it is ready to collect. I could not believe how quick my iPhone was fixed! It took Compu b just one day to replace the entire phone. When I picked it up at their store today, they helped me get my new iPhone up and running, took the time for answering my questions and supported me along the way. Though my phone wasn’t fixed, they helped me resolve my issue. They’re not looking to take your money, they’ll tell you like it is, no BS. From my short time in there waiting for my phone to be worked on, I could see they told customers the truth, even if it meant they wouldn’t make money off them. I would certainly go back with any issues with my Apple equipment.

Extremely helpful staff. Went in with a faulty product purchased directly from Apple and they were very helpful in sorting out a replacement item. I was given text updates to let me know when my replacement was in store for collection.I dealt with Jake and another young man at the desk and found them both to be very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was a bit worried by some of the reviews, but had first class service with the guys. Gave me a bit of advice on the phone about my MacBook which helped, but ended up having to book an appointment. They managed to salvage all of my files from my damaged hard drive, and got me up and running again in a couple of days. Had to pay the testing charge, but it was well worth it in the end.

Good selection of Apple products but don't get mistaken as a Apple retail shop. Staff are excellent and all the Apple products on display are working and kept tidy. One more thing is they offer 2 year warranty on Apple products which is a bonus
