I attended this service for 4 months with my mother, father and two sisters - during a crazy period in our house hold. It was a positive experience and the therapist who supported us was , only fantastic- very professional and got us to we're need to be right know. I'm grateful and after completing , our therapy we left feeling - 100% better. It wasn't easy but got there. It was well worth journey. I can not fault the service to be honest - I give crd were it's due ! So thanks for the support!

I was going through some difficult times - decided to make appointment to talk to someone- I must say I'm glad I did - the therapist who worked with me , couldn't have been nicer and really helped me put things in to perspective , as that was exactly what I needed. Beats keeping it all bottled up anyway as I've always do ! I appreciate the professionalism of the therapist and how she gets me straight up ! I actully look forward to that hour each week, as I just feel a lot better- before I just felt so lonely bottling everything up : ok enough said I'm rambling on 😊 I would have no issue recommending to be honest !

Very friendly and professional service. Glad I went in the end -helped me a lot. Was terribly nervous to begin , but the therapist was really good and put me at ease . I'm into me 5th session and I'm getting there, enjoying the me time , and looking after me for once, rather than every one else .i certainly recommend this service on to others.
