Deirdre is a professional hypnotherapist who brings other holistic knowledge to her practice, including yoga. I had a very interesting hypnotherapy session with her which build on a previous session I did with someone else and brought me insight into some blocks that I have which are holding me back now. I would recommend a session of hypnotherapy with Deirdre if you feel you are dealing with some blocks in your life, whether mental, physical, emotional or spiritual. As well as helping gain some personal insight, a hypnotherapy session itself is very relaxing.
