To Katy and Amy @ Hayes and Associates Having dealt with problem ingrown toe nails since my teenage years, often self operating three or four times yearly to keep them at bay It wasn’t till my last family break away with the kids that the pain was so bad I literally couldn’t sleep or even enjoy my family holiday fully. I booked in with lovely Bronagh @ Hayes and associates in north Dublin after my holiday return for some much needed pain reliving treatment. While there Bronagh asked me if I would think about having Nail surgery as my nails in-turned deeply on both toes which was the reason for my years of pain. I was a little reluctant at the beginning thinking the price of €400 a toe was a bit steep but the idea of a small surgery and dreaming of never having this pain ever again pushed me to make the appointment and go ahead with the surgery on both toes. AND BY GOD IM SO GLAD I DID!!! I had the surgery this morning with Katy and Amy and I can’t speak more highly of both ladies. Their Professionalism and highly skilled talents were plain to see as soon as I entered their clinic. The girls were so welcoming and very easy to chat to throughout. The surgery itself was over before I knew it and all without pain or discomfort thank god. I couldn’t be happier with everything from start to finish and my only issue is with myself not making the decision earlier. Thank you so much girls. You were all amazing. X Laura

One of the best health care experiences I have had the pleasure to encounter. The experience of booking was courteous and professional and the podiatrist was amazing; knowledgeable, engaging and very good at the tasks in hand. She effortlessly put me at ease when at the same time she got stuck in and I was more than impressed with the young professional (sorry don't have her name 1600 Thu). I got both my big toe nails partial removed by Katie 5 weeks ago, and I can honestly say, my new feet are amazing and not painful anymore, I would highly recommend anyone, young or old to get their ingrown toenails removed by Katie, it is expensive but you have the comfort and reassurance that those nails will never hurt you again! Following the operation I had 3 follow-ups in Balbriggan clinic and everything was fine, the only pain and I really mean ONLY PAIN I experienced was by Amy during the 1st injection but after 20 seconds I couldn’t feel anything, even later that night and over the coming days the pain was very minimal where I took two paracetamol only, Katie and Amy you are both amazing and I’m glad I got it done eventually.. it’s 5 weeks since I had it done and I’m in my high heels without the pain. Thank you so much
