The staff at the reception, esp Iesha and Lauren are so kind and very responsible. Anytime of the day you meet them, they smile and attend to you. Marina and Reena, the nurse staff are exceptional at their work. Extremely professional yet so caring. I would highly recommend this Clinic and the doctors, esp Dr.Meabh to everyone.

I han my appointment for the cervical screening today with the nurse Marina. She is one of the loveliest nurses I have ever met. Approachable, kind, polite, profesional. She made me feel very comfortable. Super happy with the experience, 10/10.

I've been visiting this GP ever since I was a student at NCI and have always had such a positive experience. The online appointment system is super handy and Dr Killeen is always so attentive and always takes his time explaining medical advice and I have always felt well attended to. The staff in general is top notch; and my recent vaccine appointment was just as seamless as all the other times I've visited the clinic.

I had a good experience with the doctor. She was very supportive and explain with details my problem after a medical exam. Other doctors didn’t examined me and they give me a wrong diagnosis, but here they found the real cause. The only problem is that it was more expensive that I thought.

I am very pleased with the advice and medical attention that I have received over the past 10+ years. I used other GPs / Clinic's in the past and this is by far the best service that could ask for I live a few miles away from this Clinic and I would not move to a GP or clinic that is nearer to home as the care that I receive is second to none. I've been to this practice several time, my GP is Dr. Mar Contell and she is always very attentive and caring and diagnosed right away my issues. Looking at other reviews the places seems terrible, but in my experience the only issue was that the wait was a bit long and the reception was crowded. The receptionists and the doctor were very nice. It's easy to book the appointments and to get answers by email.

We have been going to this GP practice for years. Some of the comments i have seen in the reviews seems to be completely unfair, most GP practices you have to wait if the other patient runs over the time, that is not the doctor's fault and it happens everywhere. We have always received a personalized care and treatment, even in our own language ( Spanish) . Booking an appointment can be done online and it takes seconds and it is very convenient - in other practices you have to wait on the phone for a long time to get an actual appointment.

I come here years and years. Absolutely fully trust the Doctors here, the nurses and the girls at reception lovely, too. I been diagnosed with cancer last year, and thanks to the brilliant medical staff here, we caught it very early. Can’t thank them enough for the quick move. Ps- the waiting time? It is a public medical practice not private. Waiting time will be everywhere.

Thanks to all the team in Custom House Medical Centre. Doctors are very porfessional, reception always so helpful and the nurses very nice and experienced. Having appointments 7 to 7 with no waiting list is very helpfull. Location is reslly convenient, the online booking system very essy to use and all the services provided by experienced doctors In the same venue makes everythhing easier avoiding unnecesary trips /referrals. I strongly recommend this GP practice.

Dr. Pau Castell is really good. She is very caring and takes the time to understand the problem and take care of it. Love the attention that she provides. Prepare yourself to wait a little bit, as they are a very busy clinic, but it is totally worth.
