Absolutely fantastic!! Cannot fault them!! They went above and beyond to accommodate me, which I can't thank them enough for! Will not be taking my dog anywhere else. Thanks for making his 1st grooming experience so pleasant and easy!!!(He even turned back to give them a final cuddle before leaving). Big shout out to Leah who did the most incredible job!

Excellent! Hastings the Shih Tzu slash Terrier was very matted and frightened visiting the groomers' for the first time.Virginia was fantastic and went out of her way to look after him, offering a friendly service and good advice. Now Hastings won't be so frightened to visit the groomers'! Will definitely use SweetPaws again.

Fantastic! Virginia and all her Staff are SO friendly and SO loving with all their dogs. My dog is very hairy (moults a LOT!!!). Doesn't like being washed/shaved and is terrified of getting his nails done BUT he absolutely LOVES Virginia. She is fearless and well experienced around handling all kinds of challenging behaviour, yet still manages to be kind and gentle. You can see she absolutely LOVES ALL dogs. I will definitely continue to go there.

Virginia did an excellent job on my cocker spaniel yesterday. He is so naughty and tends to nip and growl at times when he is being stubborn. I got some great advice and I'm now enrolling him in some local classes to address this. Cooper looked and smelled fantastic after his groom and is a very happy dog today.
