Andy gave us the confidence and skills to begin and continue training our puppy. His methods are reward based and built around what you want for your puppy. He was available between sessions if we needed a reminder or weren't sure of an approach. All his methods work as long as you put in the time with puppy. Definitely recommend his help with a new puppy. I think a chat with Andy before you get your puppy is also recommended, so many challenges could be avoided with the right advice. Pricing was great especially considering the distance he travelled. Thanks again for your input and great to know we can contact you if a challenge arises. E Henry.

Andy is excellent. His training techniques and approaches are brilliant and so dog friendly, as well as easily learned for the owner. I believe a dog is a member of your family and they aren’t there to be controlled and punished. Andy’s advice allowed us to start developing positive behaviour in our puppy, in a reward and reinforcement based manner which bears excellent results. Our puppy is settling in so well to our family life, and this is in no small part, thanks to Andy’s guidance.

From the outset Andy was so patient and encouraging whilst doing the Loose Leash training with my dog and myself. I am so glad I called in Andy’s help as I was struggling majorly with my new puppy! After the first session I could already see a huge difference in my puppy’s behaviour and also in my relationship with my puppy and each week everything just improved. I love the way Andy related to both dog and the owner, I came to understand how being consistent in the training is paramount ( that sounds easier than it actually is) and how to avoid ambiguity. My relationship with my puppy just blossomed and we have definitely built up a relationship of trust. While the course was set out in advance, I loved that Andy was also flexible in the schedule and content and when he saw some behaviour that needed some work we did just that, even if it wasn’t planned for that week. I honestly learned so much from Andy and the weekly notes and recap emails were superb and kept me focussed. I would, without any reservations, recommend Andy and his training. And so would Chi! That I know for sure!😁

I contacted Andy as I was experiencing some problems with my new puppy jumping up and nipping me! Andy was immediately very helpful and reassuring. We agreed on some training sessions which were very helpful. Training sessions were based on showing me how to reward my puppy for the responses and behaviours that were wanted. I found Andy to be very knowledgeable, helpful and great value for money. He has given me the tools to continue managing my puppy's behaviour and I would recommend him without hesitation.
